Gingrich 'at the end of his line,' major donor says

Casino titan Sheldon Adelson, who has almost single-handedly bankrolled a "super PAC" backing Newt Gingrich's presidential campaign, now believes Gingrich is "at the end of his line."....

Speaking to a group outside his Las Vegas hotel and casino, The Venetian, Adelson earlier this week criticized GOP front-runner Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum, but acknowledged that his preferred candidate has little hope of becoming the nominee....

'Cause, I mean, mathematically, he can't get anywhere near the numbers, and there's not - unlikely there'll be a brokered convention."

Adelson, along with his wife and children, has donated $16.5 million to Winning Our Future, a super PAC that was instrumental in paying for advertising to boost Gingrich's cash-strapped campaign....

Adelson was speaking informally while attending the Jewish Federations of North America's TribeFest, which was hosted at The Venetian.

He criticized Santorum, a former senator from Pennsylvania, for being too focused on social issues. Adelson described himself as a "social liberal" who is pro-choice on abortion.

"I know Rick; I like him," Adelson said. "We're friendly. But I got to tell you something: I don't want him to run my country."

Turning to Romney, Adelson sounded frustrated by the former Massachusetts governor's unwillingness to commit to his causes.

"He's not the bold decision-maker like Newt Gingrich is," Adelson said. "He doesn't want to - every time I talk to him, he says, 'Well, let me think about it.' "

Adelson said he had talked to both Romney and Gingrich about agreeing to choose the other as a vice presidential nominee. Gingrich, he said, rebuffed the idea because it would make it harder to gain much-needed support from governors in other states.

"Newt says, 'Listen....

Everyone knows it, except the supposed smartest guy in the race.

His staying in shows another of his numerous adventures in poor judgement.

Did you say Rushbot?
************8

No, I said Rush Robot- in describing you. I know Rush is off the air so you have no one to turn to now, but try really, really hard to think for yourself.

Answer the question— has Rush endorsed Santorum?

As for Clear Channel—— Robot-— see if this computes— Clear Channel is owned by Bain Capital — the very Bain Capital that your guy- SANTORUM— just attacked. Is your guy attacking from the Left, Robot???

Think for yourself, Robot— or at least try.

“Don’t doubt me on this.” then outline where your credibility is founded. Otherwise just so much talk....

Rush has said from the gitgo and is sticking to it, that he can not endorse any Primary candidate. That’s what I’ve seen and what I beleive. If anything he has talked more + toward Newt.

Regarding Newt dropping out, his ploy of letting an open convention decide the nominee and do what he can to keep Mitt from the magic number prior to convention, is not an unreasonable tactic.

Would love to see Newt run 3rd party — constitutional conservatives.

That was a brilliant tactical move. Divert attention from Obama’s complete economic failure. Let’s all talk about sluts for 3 weeks!

Yeah, because now that we are all off of that issue, after exposing fully this Rat tactic, we are back to talking about Obummers failures. Oh wait. We are all talking about two dopes in a local shooting matter in FL.

Try again pal. I am sure you have some other excuse why you hate Rush.

Yeah. It is all a conspiracy against Newt. The WORLD is out to get Newt. I see it now. Bain is secretly sending out radio wave to everyone to not support Newt. Alex Jones would be proud of you for connecting all the dots.

I am sure you have some other excuse why you hate Rush.

Actually, I started watching Rush’s television show back in the early 90s after I became politically aware. I also own The Way Things Ought To Be and See, I Told You So. I admit I don’t listen to him as often anymore what with living life and all.

You’re not a big fan of thinking before you open your yap are you?

Can’t even address simple questions can you.

Has limbaugh endorsed Santorum?.
Did Santorum attack Bain Capital?

Easy enough-—But when one is a non-thinking robot, one doesn’t have the capacity to engage in debate-— instead, robots post pictures.. How sad.

Go away, you’re starting to make me feel sorry for you. Next time, please refrain from unprovoked personal attacks, especially, where you don’t have the wherewithal to back it up.

Everyone knows Limbaugh doesn’t endorse in Primaries unless you are listening to wild rants on Short Wave radio. So what? You have proved absolutely nothing except you are comfortable using Media Matters talking points pretty freely around here.

I doubt there’s much of a Republican chance in politics without running the honest historian (Newt) for the presidency. ...too many social pathologies (e.g., feminism) and too much stealth socialism in politics now.

Limbaugh Doctrine— You always go with the most conservative candidate. Why hasn’t he jettisoned Romney?

Limbaugh- we need a Reagan conservative - we never win when we go to the middle! Why hasn’t he dismissed Romney?

Think, Robot. Try.

Whatever Vin. Do you really care who Rush endorses or is he just the excuse du jour for Newts troubles? You seem to be spinning off the rails a bit. Everyone is a Robot and everything is a conspiracy. It is entertaining, I’ll tell you that.

No....though, that’s obviously how you’re reading it..

I’m upset with Rush, drudge, Coulter, Demint, Rubio, Tomey— because they supposedly were conservative grassroots— but they’re not. They are Establishment... and I think people should hold them accountable.

As a santorum supporter, you should understand that.

Deferring a legit question with your dubious question is frankly chicken shit.

Second I am no disciple for anyone, fool.

Now answer or go play elsewhere, kiddo.

Spurter, read, learn and stop wasting people’s time-

First-— read your original post- you didn’t ask a question, did you now?

2nd— had you ask a question— I could not “defer” it (”d]eferring a legit question”) Conceivably, I could have deferred an answer, had there been a question.

3rd- your phrase “d]eferring a legit question” as used, is a dangling participle absent a modifier— making it grammatically incoherent.

Now, if you have a question, and you are capable of crafting it correctly, I’ll be happy to answer it.

On a positive note, you did spell your 4 letter words correctly- congrats.
