Hear today gone tomorrow? ;o)
I see it’s a beautiful day in the Loveliest Village on the Plain.
few realize this is another brick in the bridge....the response was needed.....hehehehe
I like it.
Agreed, I’ve been wondering what the legalities of severability are, so this is great. In sum, since Congress specifically removed the severability provision, it will be very difficult (never say impossible) for the SCOTUS to say any part of the bill is constitutional if they throw out the mandate. Really good news!
And being a music-lover (although not the kind being discussed) and thrill-seeker myself I’d just note that Earl Scruggs passed away yesterday and suggest spending a few minutes appreciating this mans talent and wide circle of friends: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQIJuu3N5EY
Yes, hear/here today, tomorrow on the road to NC to see my grandbaby and her parents.
Re The libs are already in denial about 0care....
Shoot, I know of libs who are still so torn up about the Citizens United decision that they’re about to chew off their own fingers if the subject even occurs to them in a daydream.
JMHO, they can’t be in denial. They’re all doing what they do best and most consistently: Act exactly like a bunch of spoiled rotten two-year-olds, cry and scream until they get their way and throw unholy tantrums if they ever hear or imagine they hear the word “No”.
I hit the post button too soon.
It is a gorgeous day here on the Plains and spring is coming to a close, moving to an early summer. Summer is my favorite season.
Tomorrow it may rain here and I hope it does. It has been a week or so since our last rain and time for it.
When are y’all coming down? My daughter graduates in May and, I’m going to brag now, MAGNA CUM LAUDE! She takes after her aunt, and her grandmother. The “study gene” did not land on me.
” few realize this is another brick in the bridge....the response was needed.....hehehehe “
And another nail in the coffin : )
Not for long Rush.
I’m sooooooooooooooo jealous of my dad and brother. They’re on their way to New Orleans right now. My brother decked out in his Cardinal gear and my dad in his Wildcat gear. I got to make the arrangements; but no invite to go along. :( lol
If oil companies get subsidies so do ordinary citizens.
But how Fluke do they get ‘tax payer’ subsidies/deductions?
Don’t ask me.
Check our great-grandkids. They’re getting the bill for this ****.
(Only over my dead body and after one he**acious Pier Six brawl....)
WOW! How did they get tickets?
They went through an agency that sold packages (hotel plus parties plus tickets). I don’t know if I want to go to the game; I would be happy to just go to New Orleans. LOL. I’d stroke out if I ever paid what they paid for tickets (after upgrades).
Congress’ stupidity should not be a loophole in severability.
just more facts

HEY AQ! Didn’t hear yesterday’s show, but it sounds like it was pretty popular. Rush’s FB page has a link to a replay of the show.
The term WHITE HISPANIC is racist. No different than calling Obama a WHITE AFRICAN AMERICAN or HALF BREED.
Such terms serve no purpose except to divide Amwericans and unfairly stereo type them. It could even be called hate-speech.
I have no patience with rude people who use name calling.
Congrats! Clint Jr doesn’t graduate for at least a year and sadly that’s probably when I’ll be down there next. Magna? WOW! Is she going to grad school?
Oh,good, Rush is explaining severability. This is a new take on it to me.
I missed it. Would you please paraphrase it?
Wow, Tea Party Tribune was quoted by Pravda? I don’t know if that’s good or bad. And too bad WND is cited, they get a little loose with facts, but it is interesting to hear about all the intimidation. I do find it hard to believe Rupert is intimidated.
Thank you, Stephen.
No, she’s no plans for that at this time. Of course .... She got married at New Year’s and wants to settle down to early-married life. Her hubby is stationed at Fort Carson so she’ll be heading west.
She sounds like a grounded, well-adjusted happy gal. I wish them both the best!
