I was wondering what would happen if a sole Libertarian were the Speaker... he could not delegate that to anybody else... but that’s impossible, that’s defined by party majority.
Yes, there are some things in your posts that, upon later reflection, may not be what you really wanted to write. But all of us are prone to that--there's a great deal of it going around, as it always has. It's just that such reflection often doesn't occur readily, when it occurs at all.
