According to this, Kennedy has changed his mind on other decisions at the very last minute. And any of them can change their mind at any point.
Is this a very fast vote? History tells us that if a jury returns with a verdict quickly it usually means guilty. Maybe the dems are guilty of unconstitutionality.

From what I understand from the article, this is the vote on which the opinions will be written and exchanged and minds possibly changed. The only lib I see as a possible change is Sotomeyer. Kennedy is a loose cannon imo but ‘sounded’ fair & concerned during the snippets I heard.
You betcha. And if it's good news for them...they won't be able to contain themselves. I'm not so sure they can keep their mouths shut either way...their libs after all.
