I’m really surprised Rush is spending so much time pontificating on the outcome. His influence is long over. He is funny calling out Nina Totenburg and Chrissy for their naiveté.

Seems like he’d be better served talking about the Rubio/Ryan endorsements.

"I’m really surprised Rush is spending so much time pontificating on the outcome."

Particularly spending the first half-hour on SCOTUS blog and a fairly absurd hypothetical. The post-Fluke reversion to his old style 'gotta scare the conservatives to keep them in line' is kinda pathetic.Very 1988.

If Rush is going to over-and-over quote Kagan's "boatload of federal money", that's a line crying out for "on a sea of national debt".

Where is the mention of the fact, no, where is the celebration of the fact, that Nino and Sam had it right!

Where is the driving home of Bobo's Very Bad Week?!
