Outrages without protests
Delric Miller IV died in a hail of bullets a month ago. When someone fired 37 AK-47 rounds into his Detroit home at 4:30 a.m., he was mortally wounded while dozing on the couch. He was 9 months old.
No one made the multicolored teething ring he got for Christmas or his toy hammer into national symbols of random violence.
Last year, Charinez Jefferson, 17, was shot and killed on a Chicago street. “She begged the shooter not to shoot her because she was pregnant,” a pastor explained. The alleged assailant, Timothy Jones, 18, shot her in the head, chest and back after seeing her walking with a rival gang member.
New York Times columnist Charles Blow did not write a column about Jefferson’s killing as a symbol of the perils of being a young black woman in America.
Last June, a stray bullet from a confrontation on a Brighton Beach, N.Y., boardwalk killed 16-year-old Tysha Jones as she sat on a bench. A 19-year-old man, out for revenge after an earlier scuffle on the boardwalk, was charged in the shooting.
Tysha’s heartbroken mother was not featured on all the national TV shows.

If the killer is black, there’s nothing to report. First rule of American journalism.
If the killer is black or a “real” hispanic, there is no money in it for the Reverends Jesse and Al. No money, no protest, no problem.
If the killer is black, what’s the NBPP to do, declare that Blacks have become as evil as whites?

Yet the media does choose to make an issue of a young black male who was very arguably killed in self defense.

It seems that the same can be said for nothing to report when liberals are responsible for death. As with Rachel Carson's environmental fraud," Silent Spring", the victims were and are millions of black children thousands of miles away and she is a white feminist environmentalist, so no truth will ever be told about the damage and human suffering she has caused.
Rachel Carson is responsible for more deaths than Adolf Hitler.
The biggest fear that environmentalists/liberals/Democrats/progressives/socialistshave is that there are/will-be too many people on this planet, especially too many black/brown/yellow people. Carson’s book accomplished their goal.....millions of black/brown/yellow people died. Democrats - they want you and your kids to die because they want the beach to themselves.
What’s happening in the black community is a microcosm of what the libs/dems are trying to do a larger scale—feeding on their own, in the least, and attempting to feed on the country, as a whole. This is clearly a cancer that needs to be addressed, real soon, before the country cannot recover.
When the black community rises up against the criminals in their own race, and we know the statistics,...then you can come into my world and tell me how racist people are. Until then you have no voice.
Black on black crime is beyond comprehension.....most black males have little guidance growing up and until black fathers assume their repsonisbility for thier children...and black woman as well..this is not going to change.
Zimmerman could be arrested, convicted and hanged tomorrow, and it would have no effect on the lives of young black people in communities beset by social disorder. Whatever happens to Zimmerman, the drip-drip of spilled blood will continue, all but ignored except in the police blotter. In America, the lives of young black people are cheap, unless they happen to fit the right agenda.
Until the 'black community' rises up against these hoodlums in their own communities nothing will change. Too bad the masses gathering now weren't gathering for just that reason.....they might find themselves ultimately at peace.
One does wonder why there is no mass outcry among the black community over the crimes their own commit against the other?????

The biggest threat to the life of “the young black man” in the United States, statistically, is not the George Zimmerman’s of the world, it is another “young black man”. Some statistics just do not lie.
It is way worse than that. The 13% is all black people. When you look at the crime statistics, most crime is commited by young black males aged 16 to 42, that make up 4% of the population.
You have a criminal element that draws from 4% of the population that commits 49% of crime. Where is the outrage from "Black leaders" about the way their youth is acting?
