Biden Confident Supreme Court Will Uphold Health Care Law

Vice President Joe Biden says he is confident the Supreme Court will uphold the constitutionality of President Obama's signature health care legislation.
"We think the mandate and the law is constitutional. And we think the court will rule that way," Biden told CBS News in an interview to be broadcast Sunday on "Face the Nation."

No, they never do. "They" being Progressives. They always have a plan, and a plan in case their plan fails.
Normal people want to live their lives in peace, with minimal interference from their government. The way most Americans did for two hundred years.
Progressives frequently have no lives outside of government and politics, and do not have to worry themselves about such mundane considerations as "productivity" or "profitability" - or family, neighborhoods, communities, or churches, either - but that is all part of the plan: remove the mediating institutions that stand between the individual and government. All the Left has to do then is plan how best to make you a servant of the state.
And they've got all the time in the world to do so, because while you and I are too busy trying to make a living, their wealthy benefactors insure that they can plan to take whatever we make without ever having to worry about pedestrian things like "responsibility".
Can they be defeated? Yes, of course. But it won't be pretty.
