The article was about Chicago. The citizens of Chicago are to blame for their ills. You asked me a question about the rest of the nation. Americans, all of them, are responsible for our ills, including but not limited to the ones you listed. Why is that hard for you to understand? The responsibility to elect proper representatives is a fundamental part of our Republic. If we do that poorly WE END UP WHERE WE ARE.
The people of the U.S. have a corrupt race baiting Socialist for a president, an out of control national debt approaching 15 trillion, wide open violent lawless borders, during war time, etc.

Instead, you directly blame everyone else, those trying to scrape out a living and survive in places like Arkansas and Nevada...Ya can't figure out how they can't fight off government insiders worth hundreds of billion, and control nearly everything they do.
