“The Sunday Morning Bray”, by Bray!

We LOVE because he first LOVED us. 1 John 4:19

How genius were our Founding Fathers that they would reach up from their graves once again and find Obozocare fell far short of the basic freedoms they had ensured and our Supreme Court was not going along with it. The incredible document they wrote 250 years ago was far more impressive than the 2500 piece of health slavery which was written by the party of tyranny and only the most radical minority was denying that truth. If we dodge this nationalized dictate we can thank a few legal stalwarts and a few dozen historic giants who wrote one of truly monumental documents ever produced.

This week was a legal masterpiece as this piece of legal tripe was exposed for the shoddy patchwork the Repubs said it was from the beginning. They really wanted a single payer plan where the gummit would be your caregiver from cradle to grave but the Tea Party helped Scott Brown replace dead Ted so they could only shove their half finished bill back through Nazi Pelosi’s House leaving huge gaping holes that are proving illegal and an obvious assault on freedom.

The only people who are shocked and surprised by this is the 15% who are braindead commies in the liberal establishment. These elitists who believe the gummit can do no wrong and capitalism can do no right are stunned how easily the opposition destroyed all of their arguments. When you have the Justices laughing at your lawyer as to what else you can mandate people buy and the best defense you can come up with is food is different than insurance makes you and your bill a laughingstock if it wasn’t so terrifying. How can this many Americans be willing to literally turn over their entire lives to a Death Panel who will decide if you pass the life matrix and deserve that treatment you need to survive rather than their doctor? How can this many people look at something as corrupt as DC and allow them to decide who lives and dies? Even the mafia has a code of honor, unlike politicians and gummit bureaucrats?

The argument became so absurd at the SC the Justices began making fun of the pretzels the obama lawyer was shaping to keep from saying mandate fines or penalties for non-compliance. He continually called the fines which range up to $250,000 per insured for not carrying the proper insurance that Breyer finally stopped him and said, why do you keep calling penalties taxes? He responded with penalty tax so he could keep the charade that this is a tax and budget item controlled by congress when it is premiums and penalties to dictate how Americans live their lives.

The other knee slapper is when the Justices asked if someone is fined and jailed for not carrying the proper insurance would they be committing a federal crime and if someone was asked if they would have to answer yes they had. The White House lawyer couldn’t even answer that and simply gave an opinion that they wouldn’t but didn’t know. The Justice seemed to know the answer was yes and if not carrying the proper insurance or purchasing the proper insurance after the employer is fined and jailed, would this federal crime be a misdemeanor or a felony? The question is, does this federal healthcare dictate make you more or less free? This should spine shiver any freedom loving American right down to their core.

For Barak Hussain Obama, this was going to bring America and capitalism to its knees. If his bill was allowed to stand it would destroy the insurance companies within three to five years and force America into a nationalized insurance and healthcare. The collapse of the insurance industry would force every American onto Medicare or Medicaid and eventually into a soviet style hospital system. This is who they are and what they want for America for two reasons. One, they truly believe that they can run a communist system better than a capitalist economy and second America deserves to be punished for slavery and every other crime against humanity. If they punish America they are better people than those who don’t want to punish it so they are superior and better people, almost; Europeans. Obamacare is our punishment as well as the end of capitalism.

As the Justices stated, this bill would fundamentally change this country and how it does business. There would no longer be a separation of gummit and business, the Congress could literally mandate any good or service and control it completely. When it comes to healthcare they will not only force you to buy their insurance from companies who can’t charge enough premium to stay in business but will mandate how much they will pay out so the eventual bankruptcy of 250 year old companies is guaranteed. They will be replaced by District of Corruption bureaucrats who will design benefit and surgical matrixes to decide who and what receives treatment and who doesn’t. You can bet the abortions will not only be allowed but required for defective babies and ignoring that dictate would be a felony. Soon would be followed by number of children per family.

Fortunately by the tone of the Justices questions it sounds like the entire bill will be rejected and sent back to Congress where it will die a slow and painful death. The brilliant Justice Scalia indicated with his quip that parts couldn’t be saved while the mandate found unconstitutional since going through the tedious 2500 page document would break the 8th Amendment towards cruel and unusual punishment. He let the obamedia know that the court is not designed to write law, that is the Congress’ job and this was a job poorly done.

So once again, the hands of our Founding Fathers have reached up to protect this Country they loved so much. This shows the true genius of these men how they could write such a document that could last for this length of time to protect the individual’s freedom from a power thirsty gummit wanting to enslave it’s people. This handful of men who have become giants of history were truly men of honor who did not desire power for themselves, they simply loved freedom and wanted to invent a country that could enjoy its own freedom. They wanted the people to have the power and move away from the Monarchies of Europe and install a Representative Republic where ideally those Representatives and President would have the same vision they had. When they didn’t and attempted to institute dictates and mandates they could be struck down by a Supreme Court to protect those people’s rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. In November those hands are going to reach up and finish the job this Supreme Court has begun.

Pray for America

Good morning AB, All....

....as I type this am sending my daughter and granddaughter on their way back home. They stayed over this past Friday and Saturday nights, daughter mowed my lawn, helped me move stuff, as adult children do for their ageing parents from time to time.

...We went shopping and I bought them both some Easter clothes, especially my daughter, who could be a fine subject on “What Not to Wear” though understand, I do love her.

She thoroughly believes that Trayvon Martin was shot for nothing else but being black. I did everything to change her mind but she stood her ground. “Mom, you’re not going to convince me of anything else but that George Zimmerman was a nut doing what he shouldn’t a been doing. What’s he doing out and about and looking for bad guys.”

I was shocked and asked her when it became illegal to go looking around your neighborhood that all is at peace and how it ought to be, that there are neighborhood watch programs across the fruited plains, that we have our own impromptu and loose neighborhood watch program right here in my block. She was so taken aback at the notion that people are doing something so darn politically incorrect as to be watching for evil around them that might harm them and theirs.

She’s not a stupid girl, folks. But she’s a busy Mom running hither and yon, her cats just had kittens, kid is on Easter vacation next week, mother-in-law just lost her husband of 48 years, baby shower for sister-in-law coming up next week....busy....time to quickly watch the news.

She saw that video on Huffington Post that she sad had Zimmerman without a single scratch on him....she KNOWS that Trayvon, that cute little kid which is the only picture she saw of him, was killed just for being black.

Folks, this is how they get out there and while the truth is still putting its pants on the lies multiply and spread across the planet.

This is how they win the debate. The make up fiction and soon we are all arguing THEIR version of events.

Brilliant analysis, bray.

But I will feel much more confident after the final votes are released and the opinions published. Until then, there is too much that can go wrong. A Justice may die or change his mind (note: I didn't write write "her") or other things may happen.

That our republic hangs in the balance with so much at stake and with the opinions of one or two men as all that stands between us and total disaster is truly frightening.

From the get-go, RomneyPIMP Chris Wallace states
all the Republicans are behind RINO Romney, and
Mr. Santorum is a 'spoiler'.

'Get out' says Wallace using RINO Ryan and ex-Mormon Rubio.

Mr. Santorum correctly says, "Romney is not even
half way to the number (required)".

CONSERVATIVES WILL WORK AGAINST ROMNEY AND THE GOP IF THEY ARE ONE.

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party
over to the traitors in the battle just ended.
We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged
to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support.
Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates
wouldn't make any sense at all.""

Wallace worries that Santorum might hurt Romney as Santorum continues to pound away at Romney, criticizing his credentials, etc.

Santorum respond that, if he thinks he is being pounded now, wait until he sees what Obama would release on him, if he were the nominee.

Santorum continued — Romney is running on negatives, not on a positive vision for the party or the Nation.

RomneyPIMP Chris Wallace warns against hurting Romney.
Strangely, the unhinged pimp refers to 2008
when Team Romney attacked Gov. Palin and her children.

Wallace also berates Mr. Santorum for discussing Mr. Romney's flipflopping positions.
The liar Wallace then also states Romney has not been 'negative'.
What utter nonsense. FOX "News" has no shame.

THE REAL DEAL:

FLASHBACK:

The McCain/Palin ticket was up ++4 to 10 pts
in some polls, days prior to Election 2008.
So rather than helping the GOP, Romney and
TeamROMNEY and the RNME (Republican National Media Establishment)
decided …to attack Gov. Palin to throw Election2008.

Romney, and the Van der Sloot RNME RINOs for Obama in 2008

Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers…
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide…
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."

The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"I’m told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palin’s people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romney’s former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
… aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.

"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off ….hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."

"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the “Diva” leak was Nicolle Wallace’s husband."

"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"

"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"

"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"

"Romney advisors sniping at Palin?"

Use an example about someone she knows and discuss self defense. She's simply guessing AND ir's likely that SHE'S BEING INFLUENCED MUCH MORE by her peers.

She needs to get the idea of color as "cause and effect" in the proper perspective.

If Zimmerman wanted to shoot the kid...he just would have shot him...no call, no info....and walked away.

Santorum is not impressing me one bit. He’s trying to defend his standing in race. This is a perfect time to rip into obammma, but he’s just answering stupid questions from Savanah. Today is a perfect time to use the failures of the administration, but he’s sounds like some high school kid running for class president.

I think and hope that this Trayvon thing will die down because there is no information coming out.

I’ve been on so many threads and I think we now know all there is to know until there is a trial or some kind of official inquiry.

I don’t argue politics with my adult children. My daughter is (thankfully) very conservative although married to something of a liberal and my son is kinda liberal, though he does have some sense.

this Trayvon thing

It may be soon.

Yesterday, NBC News has to use MSNBC to CYA, as they were caught with their credibility down around their ankles. NBC News ran a video with the head wounds of Zimmerman being pixelated and distorted. NBC News claimed this showed no signs of any attack or damage to Zimmerman.

Later in the day, MSNBC ran a higher quality video -- without the distortion or pixelation -- and it did show obvious wounds.

It seems more and more that the Zimmerman story seems to hold up under scrutiny.

Wallace asks about the public rushing to judgement.

Kristol responds that it isn't the 'public' that is doing the rushing.

An armchair psychologist once told me this. Allow me to pass it on, garbled though it may be.

A strong personality is likely to beget a strong personality. But SP 2 cannot express itself in the shadow of SP 1, except by distinguishing itself sharply. Thus we find children in contrast to parents, and younger siblings in contrast to older siblings. Before they build their external fortresses, they build their interior ones.

Trust that when your daughter grows up (age 50 perhaps) she will have found not only the wisdom, but the self-confidence to come around to your way of thinking. :)

Fortunately for us here in Floriduhhhh we do have one of the finest state policing organizations anywhere in the country aka The FDLE—Florida Department of Law Enforcement. They an elite group made up of law enforcement professionals. Only the top of the top are accepted from other Florida law enforcement agencies both sheriffs and city depts. across the state and the best of the best USA wide. If the FDLE is running the investigation instead of the FBI,I really don’t know, we are in good hands. The country is in good hands. If the politicats at the FBI are running it anything can happen.

It also goes to her anti-gun and anti-vigilante beliefs. You will not convince the braindead but many are starting to understand the ugly truth of the liberal media lies. Check the polls and you will see a huge shift towards Zimmerman acting in self defense.

When they heard the name George Zimmerman of Florida the Left immediately thought they had an eighty year old retired Jewish Democrat accountant originally from Queens New York. They thought maybe George Zimmerman was a runaway from the Democrat’s Jewish plantation (Bob Dylan’s real name is Zimmerman after all) who had gone NRA gun toting Republican TEA partier on them.

They were wrong.

George Zimmerman is a 28 year old self identified brown skinned Hispanic Democrat who they wish was an NRA member. He tutors Black children in his home and is not a TEA partier.

They looked at the picture of Trayvon Martin and fooled themselves into believing he was an angelic youth headed for Harvard someday. Instead they got a budding thug who had a series of scrapes with authorities that included possession of burglary tools and drug possession.

They thought they could find evidence that Zimmerman was on top of Martin punching him and calling him the “N” word. Instead they have an eye witness backing up Zimmerman’s claim of self defense and the “N” charge is just a dream.

They thought his neighbors would tell reporters Zimmerman hated Blacks. Instead they have a Black character witness for Zimmerman and his Black friends and family.

They thought they would have a White Police Chief who would kiss their feet to keep peace – and his job. They lost that on day two. They now have Black Chief so that angle is gone.

They thought they would have two justifiably shell shocked parents who would do whatever they were told. Instead they got a pair of opportunists who have even less shame than would be Puppet Masters Sharpton and Jackson. They have copyrighted their son’s name and quit their jobs to promote the sale of “Trayvon” merchandise.

They thought they could bring in the Black Panthers to scare White people then go away. Instead they got the Panthers putting a bounty on Zimmerman and threatening to burn down Detroit.

They thought Zimmerman would be living in a “Lilly White” gated fortress that screamed “Minorities keep out.” Instead they got a community that is more than half non White.

They thought they could get Black celebrities to jump in and add strength and lust to their circus of lies. Instead they got a dimwitted Spike Lee tweeting a wrong address for the lynch mob to descend upon ,and Lee is now on his way to a nasty losing lawsuit.

They thought they could get a bunch of Black high school kids to peacefully march to protest what had happened to “Brother Trayvon.” What they got was a pack of wilding animals who ransacked a Walgreens after their march.

Now they are all so eager to wear hoodies to show they are “down for the struggle.” Do you want to bet the hoodies end up being made in non union sweatshops in some third world country?

This is too rich.

NBC sees morning Joe with his morning ho as their resident conservative since they think they can claim that sellout former rino Joe is a supposed Republican conservative. Trouble is when you listen to poor Joe, who is all over the field, he just doesn't wash as a conservative rather a confused wanna be.

Poor Joe has logged in so many hours at MSNBC he doesn't know who he is or what he is anymore.

I totally agree but certain segments of the population are determined to make this something it is not, with help, I might add, from the president, who once again has made an idiot of himself.

Exactly you got to the core altura. Zero could care less about the death of a young black teenager only the political value. Once America begins to realize who this guy,Ozero, really is we will win, they will lose.
