The theory is that the heart attack damaged his heart to the point it wasn't able to overcome gravity and pump blood from his lower body back through his heart, the brain, lungs, etc. Had he been face down, there would be no gravity to overcome and he might have survived.

That info is incorrect. Just telling you in order that in case of chest pain the paramedics don't find you ass up and face in the dirt. Embarrassing.

Just take an aspirin, wait for the paramedics and get to a hospital that is a "heart center". They'll have a protocol for getting you from door to cardiac catheterization and open coronary arteries in less than 60 minutes.
