It does not include the content of any phone call or email and it is not the intention of Government to make changes to the existing legal basis for the interception of communications."Surrre. Riiight. If they have an inch, they're going to take a mile. I know "they" were monitoring my useage for the past 4 years. "They" have crashed two of my puters. Or was it three?

I notice they have three water storage and pumping facilities.
Even with emergency power you've got to chill computers that big and the water supply is the biggest, and simplest, vulnerability.

Big data centers have lots of vulnerabilities - water, power, backup power, major optical network interconnections. Having all your eggs in one basket is a real design problem, too. Lack of geospatial diversity is a no-no in the commercial world.

England because of it's Unwritten Constitution can just about do anything it wants and pass any law it wants.
We have all been sold a Bill of Goods on the War on Terror.
It's not about fighting and stopping Terror it's an excuse to control us and that's all.
In the end the terrorists have won as they have become the insturment for Big Government and Big Brother to watch us all.
