Capt. Zimmeman’s father has laid out the facts and those facts do not mesh with what you are saying.
The way they're playing this it seems they are hoping Zimmerman gets killed. Why else constantly re-show the New Black Panthers solicitation for his kidnapping/murder? Why give Al Sharpton and the other demagogues so much air time?
If Zimmerman is killed, the only person who really knows what happened is out of the way and can't contradict the media's version.
Plus it sends a signal to others: if your life is threatened by a hoodlum, using deadly force just buys you some time--we can whip up a lynch mob against you.

One has nothing to do with the other. Trayvon Williams didn’t break into anyone else’s home. He was walking home armed with a bag of Skittles and a bottle of Arizona tea, and he didn’t steal them.
Also at that site is the town watch handbook created by the Sanford PD. Contrary to some, the handbook does not appear to contain any prohibition on watch members being armed. What is does say is:

Withholding such evidence is a crime. I suggest that you contact her immediately or face prosecution for interfering with an investigation.

That would be a key part in determine the position of Zimmerman when the shot was fired. If it is upward, then Zimmerman must have been on the ground with Martin on top.
If horizontal, then most likely both were standing, and perhaps an unwarranted shooting.
It may be that George was going to continue looking for Trayvon, which is why he asked police to call so he could give his location. From what I hear on tape, there is no indication George was returning to his truck or mailboxes at that point, it’s all speculation. Am I wrong?
Sounds more like he was trying to avoid him. When the dispatcher asked for his address, he nervously said he didn't want to give it out because he didn't know where the kid was. That would also explain why he didn't want to commit to meeting the police in a particular place. He doesn't sound like someone eager for a confrontation.
