When she woke up recently from a dream about her oldest son being shot to death as he walked home from 7-Eleven with a bottle of iced tea and Skittles, Maria Roach pledged to do something to help the mother who had lived her nightmare.
For days, Roach had been haunted by the slaying of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. He looked like an older version of her sons. He died in Sanford, Fla., near Orlando, where she and her husband lived until three years ago. Her heart went out to both of Trayvon’s parents, but as the mother of Max, 6, and Mason, 5, she felt a special connection with his mother, Sybrina Fulton.
She knew from experience that justice was not always swift or blind in the Sunshine State, so she took a stand on behalf of the slain teenager.
“I wrote a petition,” Roach said.

The film footage shows TM shoving skittles into his pocket, then walking out the store... Im not saying that’s what happened, just saying “I dreamed” that’s what happened. Works both ways donut?
Those are legit questions MSM ignores.
Show him in the store. Zimmerman states on the phone call that TM was not just walking home but checking out places to rob. What did he do exactly?
If TM felt threatened, why not call 911? Cops were on the way.
The fact cops were on the way gives Zimmerman NO reason to start a confrontation or do anything but wait and keep an eye on TM. Dispatcher tells him to stop and he says Okay and heads for his truck. Then Martin confronts him and starts the fight.
This is similar to that “hate crime” gay thing with the Indian kid. Media twists facts and lies to get the story they want.
Btw journalism schools now teach there is no “objective” truth or truth at all. There’s no search for it because it doesn’t exist. There’s only spin.
