The Obama administration has been forced to pay a pro-life advocate it targeted with a lawsuit $120,000 and it has dropped its case against the Florida woman helping women find abortion alternatives.
The administration lost one round of a legal battle it is waging in court against a Florida pro-life advocate —a battle that saw the administration unfairly seek to punish a peaceful sidewalk counselor under a law meant to stop violence and intimidation.
...Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice had sought to levy thousands of dollars in fines against the pro-life activist as well as seeking a permanent injunction banning her from continuing her faithful 20-year ministry outside an abortion clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida. “But this scheme was thrown out of court and drew criticism from Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp, who concluded that the government lacked evidence to prove not just one, but “all three elements of its FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act) claim,”

Once again, Holder is trashing the Constitution. Impeach Eric Holder!
There is a “Presidential Women’s Center” abortion clinic???!!! And Holder is targeting this peaceful woman while he turns a blind eye to The Black Panthers???!!! I’m physically ill after reading this article.

Good for her! It’s too bad that it wasn’t 10X that with the court assessing it against Obama and Holder personally and individually.
Congrats to the woman for fighting the good fight and not giving in to Obama the Bully and Holder the Horrible.
If the Attorney General of the U.S. is willing to abuse the law in this way, I think I have to agree he should be removed.

If the woman wants to avoid being hassled by DOJ, all she needs do is dress up as a New Black Panther and stand at the abortion facility’s doorway brandishing a billy-club.
Once she’s established her New Black Panther bona fides, she can probably move on to putting a $10,000 bounty on the abortionist.
Will be dancing a jig the day Holder begins roasting in hell.
