A successful Hollywood producer who had an insider’s view of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign claims she heard Bill Clinton say that Barack Obama is not eligible to be president.
Bettina Viviano – who started her own film production company in 1990 after serving as vice president of production for Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment – told WND that it was common knowledge among delegates committed to Hillary that the Clintons believed Obama was constitutionally ineligible and that Bill Clinton would eventually disclose his belief to the public.
The Clintons were the original “birthers,” Viviano told WND in an interview in Los Angeles.
“Everybody who has called this a conspiracy from the Republicans or the tea party, they need to know who started it – the Democrats,” she said.
“It was Hillary and Bill, and it percolated up from there,” said Viviano, who had access to the campaign through a documentary she produced on the claims of delegates that Obama and the Democratic National Committee were stealing the nomination from Hillary.
As WND reported, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his team investigating Obama’s eligibility believe there is probable cause that the documents released by the White House as Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are forgeries.
Viviano said that she was on a conference phone call during the primary season in the spring of 2008 in which she heard Bill Clinton refer to Obama as ineligible for the presidency.
In the course of the phone conversation with Hillary delegates, she recalled, Bill Clinton spoke of Obama as “the non-citizen.”
“In the world we were in, with [Hillary's] super-delegates and delegates, it just was, ‘He’s not legit – that’s the end of it, period, end of story.’ It wasn’t up for discussion,” Viviano said.

So what possibly could have convinced Bill to keep his mouth shut, when Hillary and Obamao were competing for the nomination?
The media. That’s it in a nutshell. They pushed for Obama to make him first black president and turned on Hillary like a pack of dogs during the primary process. There’s only so much you can do when the entire Hollywood and media complex is for your opponent winning the nomination, especially the dems. That’s their main PR machine who reaches their core voting block.
There was only so much the Clinton’s could do to, and most of Clinton’s staff wound up with Obama anyway.

The FBI was required to do a background check when he was elected to Congress. Everyone in government had to be aware there was something off about the Congress from Chicago, IL, then later Senator.

Are you sure about the background check? I was told by someone that does background checks for government employees that there is NO background check for elected officials.

During the last presidential campaign, in August, 2008, Bill Clinton was asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be president.
Clinton's rather odd, cryptic reply:
"The constitution sets qualification for the president. And then the people decide who they think would be the better president."
Bill Clinton made this reference to the Constitution shortly after America's latest fad, the "community organizer" from Chicago, popped up out of nowhere and stole his wife's destiny by winning, in rather sleazy fashion including the shameless playing of "the race card", the Democrat nomination for President.
It has been my opinion since that time that the Clintons know something, and that it was they who quite deliberately fanned the flames of controversy over Obama's birth. Remember, it was a prominent Hillary Clinton supporter, Philadelphia lawyer Philip Berg, who launched *the first* Obama eligibility lawsuit. That lawsuit was filed in August of 2008, shortly after Bill Clinton made the curious reference to the Constitution when asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be President. Coincidental timing? Sure it was.
The person that told me backgrounds are not done on elected officials is in a position to know that, I personally don’t know either way. I just now did a search online and came up with an FBI official saying in an interview that background checks are not routinely done on elected officials when he was asked how Obama could have passed a background check with so many issues. Now I would really be interested to know for sure. Not sure how some of them could possibly have passed a background check. Maybe an investigation is done and info gathered but not used as pass/fail like those done for jobs. I do wonder what happens if something is found that is truly disqualifying- if the person was elected, how would the person simply be removed?
Is this individual willing to repeat these allegations under pain of perjury?
Well we can’t count on Clinton to tell the truth about it, even under oath. “Depends on what the definition of ‘eligible’ is.”
He gets his power from George Soros and Soros’ communist and Islamist allies. My computer is slow and I’m headed off to bed so I didn’t take the time to read the article and don’t know if this article mentioned it, but in the full interview this gal gave she said that Soros met with both Hillary and Obama to see if they were game to help him destroy the USA; Hillary wasn’t but Obama was fine with that plan.
All Soros had to do was get his communist and Islamist allies to make a run on the bank all at the same time, throw the economic world into chaos, and then threaten to do the same thing again if anybody resisted whatever he told them to do...
Of course, there were also less-drastic threats that could be used on the more minor players. Like the threat of race riots (for politicians) or the threat of FCC/FTC annihilation (for the media personalities to think was the threat). But for the people who could really make a difference - like President Bush (whose AG still controlled federal law enforcement) or Roger Ailes (who could have reported any threats to silence the media and eliminated those threats), the threat of collapsing the entire world’s economy - right after proving he had the power to do exactly that - was enough to keep them in line.
And that may have included Hillary too. Or it could have been enough for Hillary to know that she would have to try to win even with Soros fighting against her - Soros who has said the democratic party is his since he bought and paid for it.
See, Hillary is mostly communist herself but she is also a natural born US citizen, and I don’t think even she could bring herself to wish for the destruction of the US. That’s the difference between being an American and being a foreign enemy combatant, and the Founding Fathers were pretty smart people to realize the difference.
This is all speculation on my part, but based on strange things we’ve pretty much all noticed.
I’m really wondering what SCOTUS is going to do with Obamacare. It’s being set up as likely that SCOTUS will throw out Obamacare and that fact will help Obama’s reelection chances. I’m not so sure that’s what’ll happen though. If Soros has the kind of power I suspect he does, for the reasons I suspect, then SCOTUS will probably do whatever Soros wants. I’m not so sure that Obamacare being overturned would help get Obama elected - or that Soros is actually worried about re-election even, since he could pull the plug on the world economy at any time if he thought Obama was in danger of losing the election. Obama’s public comments toward SCOTUS seem threatening IMHO.
We’ll see what happens, but I wouldn’t be one bit surprised if SCOTUS throws us all for a loop by upholding Obamacare - even after putting up the appearance that they won’t. If that happens I will consider my theory practically proven.
I think Chief Justice Roberts is the weak link. I think he is the one Soros threatened - which is why he expressed confidence in the justices knowing when to recuse themselves, even though Kagan and Sotomayor had just refused to recuse themselves in the case Hemenway was arguing (I keep forgetting the plaintiff’s name in that case. sigh) AND Kagan ultimately allowed herself to participate in Obamacare even though she would be hearing the very arguments she herself developed for the Obama administration. So in both instances she was the judge of her own self - the ultimate “conflict of interest” ethics breach. Yet Roberts actually publicly defended that. Gag. Either he was threatened into that, or he is a tiny fraction of the Constitutional defender he was thought to be. In either case he would be the weak link...

Somebody from the FBI did an interview sometime after the 2008 election (IIRC) where they said that there isn’t a background check for federal elected officials. The election is the background check and nobody would be authorized to overturn the results of an election because the one elected had a questionable background.
Was that source inaccurate in that claim?
