Maybe I can get a job as a greeter at GreenMart.
The article lists them:
-Vehicle Emissions Test Technician
-Green Building Consultant
-Waste Recycling Consultant
The ones with “consultant” in their title pay $75-120K.
The others are 13 to 20 bucks an hour. All highly productive for the economy I might add /sarc
If you get a job at a solar energy firm like the article suggests, especially one which got fed funds, you will soon be able to collect unemployment for two whole years. We all know that spending unemployment check will help the economy. Libs said so.

Mrs. Tick made these spinach-and-cheese enchiladas for dinner one evening. They were really good and I ate a whole bunch of ‘em!
And the next morning, I found a Green Job. Not only that, I discovered that I was a CREATOR of Green Jobs! Pretty cool huh. Maybe I can get a gubmint grant or something. :-)
AARP delenda est.
It’s not like there weren’t any stats available about the success of “green jobs”. Spain went “green” years ago and for every green job created, 5 regular jobs were destroyed. I guess that’s the Left’s version of progress — NOT.
For political types, the words “jobs” and “green” poll very well.
So the phrase “green jobs” polls out of this world.
It just sounds good to the uninformed.
The thing is, there are no green jobs. I have yet to meet anybody who has a “green job”.
It is just political “glitter and unicorns.
