'Axis of Evil' turns 10

Ten years ago, President George W. Bush famously referred to Iran, Iraq and North Korea as "the axis of evil." Ridiculed in the press at the time, his words now appear to be prescient. Iran threatens Israel and the world with its nuclear ambitions, North Korea continues to destabilize the Pacific with its military posturing, and al Qaeda in Iraq continues to terrorize innocent civilians, even in the absence of American soldiers.

That and the fact that NK was selling ballistic missile and nuke tech to both countries.

On this issue - of course GWB was right. Remember how the leftists howled about GWB calling some of our enemies evil? They thought it was so “extreme” of him!
