I'm getting a bad feeling about all of this.

Posted on 04/03/2012 1:44:05 PM PDT by servo1969

If there's one thing that Obama is a master at it's lying.

With that in mind I'm starting to feel really apprehensive about the SCOTUS vote on Obamacare.

I hate to say it but what if he's won?
What if he's managed to flip one of the judges (or didn't even have to)?
What if he's been informed by Kagan or Sotomayor that it's in the bag?
What if all these little statements to the press are just him loading the bases for a grand slam in June? So he can look Large and In Charge to all his minions?

I hate to be defeatist but I'm getting a sinking feeling in my stomach.

Jeez. If I have any grandkids they're gonna have to celebrate this c*cks*ckers birthday in school.

” My opinion is the mandates will go, but the rest of the law will stay.”

Nah.....SCOTUS knows Obama is a psycho, and will ignore the law. Any other POTUS but Obama, maybe.....not Obama.

There’s been a lot of speculation that Kagan got word to BHO that his case didn’t fare well in the informal vote of Justices. OR, it could be that a grown up, experienced attorney, instead of the usual arse-kissing toadies he surrounds himself with, got word to him about how it appears in the real world.

1) The bill is unconstitutional

2) SCOTUS knows the mandate will not stop Obama

3) Hundreds of “preferred companies & organizations” have been exempted. SCOTUS sees that too.

4) The after-the-fact-attacks on the Catholic/evangelical churches won’t escape SCOTUS either.(Lawlessness)

5) Worst power grab in history...with pathetic oral arguments in it’s favor

6) And the # 1 reason izzzzzzzzzzz they don’t want to read the f’n thing : )

he has retracted, but you are seeing increasing signs that he is melting down and becoming mentally unhinged

I have often wondered when the “tipping point” was. We accelerated our decline in the ‘60’s, culturally, at least. The moment the schools and the media were controlled by the left the end of liberty was a given. It is fun to win a battle every now and then but we lost the war long ago. I spent a while being very depressed after this realization 11 years ago. I then passed through the all the stages of loss and am now, once again, a happy camper. I’ll enjoy the rest of my life as best I can with no allusions that we will ever regain the America we grew up in. It is a good time to be old. Today’s youth can never appreciate that which they have never experienced.

It’ll be whataver it’ll be. There’s no point in wasting the next two months fretting over the possible outcome. We need this time to keep working toward November. Regardless of the court’s decision, Obama’s bill was a piece of junk... and that’s what we need to hammer home.

Obama's reaction is far more likely to be in response to having learned his side will lose. His words only make sense as a Hail Mary pass.

Ginzberg, Sotomayor, Breyer and Kagan would never vote against it.

Kagan or Sotomayor in a losing effort may try to establish their bona fides. Exactly as Congressmen do on a losing bill, by agreeing with their leadership to vote against their party to protect themselves from their constituents.

Aside from this president's unprecedented opinion about Marbury and the history of it's effects, the president and his base also share (along with too many, so-called, "conservatives") the "game over" notion if the toxic Obamacare legislation is upheld.

They don't understand, apparently, that civil war may slowly begin and accelerate if the Constitution, rather than capricious and ignorant children, rule in its place.

First, I am absolutely certain the liberals on that court tipped Obama, they are without ethics. No question.

On what they told him, I’m not sure. At first I thought he was told it will be upheld so he is out showing bravado.

Perhaps he was told Kennedy is leaning the “wrong” way but isn’t sure. Apparently Kennedy has flipped in the past in the middle of writing an opinion.

Either way, the above is a total breach of court ethics.

Pray to God Obama is not reelected and does not get to place another 100% left wing jerk on that court. Kagan and Sotomayer are embarrassments.

There’s three more like me who agree on the 6-3 SC decision. We’re part of the EOPP movement, the Eternally Optimistic Patriot Party.

Come join us. Free enchiladas and kielbasa after Saturday morning target practice.

You are right that we will not be rid of this. Certainly not by anything as quick as a SCOTUS decision.

National Healthcare is happening because the bottom of the Pyramid is crumbling, just as has already happened in Old Europe. The Pyramid Schemes of Medicare an Social Security have been the Federal Government’s slush-fund for more than the last 50 years.

National Healthcare is ALL about NOT getting caught in this conspiracy to rip-off the Amercan People. And, in fact, to create new ways for stealing even more.
