Obama’s uncle may still be deported

Federal immigration officials have notified President Obama’s uncle that they want to discuss his deportation to his native Kenya, confirming for the first time since last summer that he could still be forced to leave the country. The notice arrived days after Onyango Obama resolved a drunken driving case in Framingham that exposed the quiet 67-year-old as living in the United States illegally 20 years after he was ordered deported. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Brian P. Hale said Tuesday that now that Obama’s criminal case is over, “ICE has communicated, in accordance with standard procedure, with the attorney of record regarding his removal pursuant to a previous final order by an immigration judge.’’ Obama, who is the half-brother of the president’s late father, must appear at a meeting next week at ICE offices in Burlington to discuss his deportation, according to a person with direct knowledge of his case. He is the second presidential relative found to be living in the United States illegally; the president’s aunt won asylum in 2010. It is unclear whether Obama will ultimately be deported. His lawyers have said in the past that he would fight to stay in the United States, though they did not respond to requests for comment this week. Obama’s arrest on drunken driving charges last August attracted international attention because he is related to the president but also because it brought to light the fact that he had avoided deportation for nearly 20 years after the Board of Immigration Appeals ruled he must leave the country. Obama had come to the United States legally in 1963 to study at a prestigious private high school, but was ordered in 1989 to return to Kenya.

When is Obama going to be deported? I think he’s far exceeded his student visa by now.

“When is Obama going to be deported?”

I think Homeland Security has given Obama an “unlawful presence waiver.” You know, we really don’t enforce our immigration laws — or the Constitution, for that matter — very much anymore. In true Marxist spirit the governing principles for the Democrats are now just whatever is politically expedient.

Poor guy is about to get thrown under the bus by his nephew. I'd bet anything that late summer/early fall, he gets deported so everybody can see what a *fair and even handed* POTUS we have.

There will be a small press release from ICE, then, with some fanfare and spectacle, Obama will be asked about the deportation by a planted question at a press conference, and POTUS will talk about his tough stance on immigration and bluster about how we are all equal under the eyes of the law.

He's a Constitutional Professor, don'tcha know. It will be great campaign fodder. Obama's "uncle souljah" moment if you will. George Obama better make some room in that hut.

In a Pelosi’s eye.

That worthless oaf will stay close to the equally worthless relative, the Cretin-in-Chief.

And we continue to see the most corrupt administration in the history of the multiverse.

Gads....I really hope there’s a hell.

Boston Herald said deporting Uncle Omar could take about 4 years

http://bostonherald.com/news/regional/view/20220404long_road_out_for_obama_kin_uncle_could_stall_deportation_for_years/srvc=home&position=0

>>Booting President Obama’s illegal immigrant uncle out of the country could be a painstaking process that might drag on for years and may not even end in deportation if the aging Kenyan can convince the feds he should be granted asylum, immigration experts said...The president’s uncle will first have to overturn his deportation order and then petition for asylum, a two-step process that could last four years and cost Obama up to $10,000,

They’ve mentioned that he works in a liquor store, and that he ignored his deportation orders. Doesn’t that make the liquor store an illegal employer?

Uncle Obama's sister, Auntie Zeituni (who "owes this country nothing") was granted asylum already.

"First ordered deported in 2004 after overstaying a visa issued in 2000, Zeituni lived in public housing, supposedly available only to citizens and collected $700 in monthly disability checks. But an unidentified benefactor interceded and hired famous immigration lawyer Margaret Wong to represent Zeituni in her efforts to remain. The unsurprising result—a Boston federal judge stayed Zeituni's deportation order. In 2010, Zeituni was granted political asylum and is now a legal U.S. resident."
