It was bad enough for veteran bus driver Charles Dixon to have his face and well-being shattered by a vicious sucker punch from an angry passenger.
But Tuesday, Mr. Dixon sat in court with a number of his driver colleagues to hear that Del Louie, the young man who assaulted him, would not be going to jail.

If being Native is his excuse how about punishing him in a manner consistent with the tribe’s “native ways”.
Wasn’t there a story last week about Trayvon’s twitter account that said Trayvon be swinging on a bus driver?
This isn’t the first time for him. So the judge lets him go to attack someone else down the road,,,maybe killing them.
If there is karma/poetic justice, that judge will be walking down the street sometime and accidentally bump into the same guy,,,and he caves her face in for it.
As the court system fails in its job to administer justice the people must fill the void and administer it themselves. This man and his family and friends should catch the perp and break his face. The Lex Talion applies to this case.

The police will soon be allowed to only “taunt then a second time”.

The minute he assaulted the driver, all the passengers should have beat him down and tossed him in the street with his shirt pulled over his head, while the driver sped off. We are moving towards the point of frontier justice again. Unfortunately, liberalism having been with us so long, there’s always one bleeding heart in the group or on the sidewalk who would tattle.

This is liberal fascism. It is spreading like a disease.
Soon as liberal fascism spreads further in our governmental institutions,victims will be taking the law into their own hands, which ALWAYS happens when the courts do not mete out justice.
Victims will evolve to not even calling the police, they will simply take the matter into their own hands, and the law of vendetta will prevail, just like it does in places like Yemen and Somalia.
All is proceeeding according to the Obama plan.
A lousy childhood is no excuse for being a lousy adult.
My point: There are video cameras everywhere now, including inside buses. They are usually not reviewed unless some bleeding heart complains. There is also the bus number, schedule and license plate.
...and they’d see a grainy B&W video of some relatively short white dude with longish hair wailing on some bastard. Period. I’d roll those dice in a heartbeat.
