I think he's trying to prove to himself, the nation, and the world, that, as an African-American President, he can do whatever he wants and not a thing can be done to stop him. No one in power will stand up to him.

We’re too close in time to November to begin impeachment proceedings.

He WANTS us to impeach him.

The good news is that if we just vote him out, hopefully in resounding fashion, then liberalism itself will suffer a momentous defeat.
