- Abdul Mawgoud Daredery [Egyptian Parlimentarian, Freedom and Justice Party] said that there is no persecution of Copts or Christians in Egypt; says it`s all Mubarak`s fault under his regime. He said he will personally help to build new churches in Egypt.
The Geogetown Univ. moderator kept interrupting the questioners, saying that Catholics were responsible for the church burnings in Egypt.
Moderator tried to deny an Egyptian female reporter from speaking about the situation as a prelude to her question and was told she did not have the right to speak, only to ask questions.

Visited my son’s old Jesuit HS eight years after his graduation.
First student I saw on campus was some bearded ayatollah-like muslim kid complete with prayer cap.
Needless to say that my annual contributions to the school stopped that very day.
