Democrats facing a tough election year are on the warpath - doing everything in their power to stop Voter ID laws in their tracks. The Obama Department of Justice has declared war on Texas and South Carolina - inventing non-existent "racial discrimination" to block popular voter ID laws in those states.
And always, we hear the bleating of activists that "there's no significant voter fraud in America" . Meanwhile, Democrats officials (and their activist allies) are routinely caught committing it. And Roger Hedgecock detailed the extensive effort by the Democrats in 2010 to commit massive fraud in California in his must-read piece, Stealing the Election of 2012.
And now, an exceptional reporter in Florida has uncovered shocking fraud in that state - registration and voting by non-citizens - which officials had no idea was occurring, since they are prohibited from asking immigration status under the fraud-machine called the Motor Voter Act of 1996.
NBC-2 Tampa reporter Andy Pierrotti deserves serious kudos for conducting a two-month investigation that found non-citizens voting in Florida Elections. His report came just two days after the Tampa Bay Times claimed voter fraud in Florida was nonexistent.
One Naples voter admitted she was not a U.S. Citizen, nor a legal immigrant - but election records show she voted six times in the past eleven years.
The NBC2 investigators found the voter after examining "jury excusal" forms where a person said they couldn't serve because they were not U.S. Citizens. They took those names and found dozens of those people in the database of Florida registered voters.
"This is under oath, that document, they are attesting that it is true and by falsifying, it's a third degree felony," said Tim Durham, Collier County's deputy chief election supervisor.The NBC2 investigation revealed county supervisors of elections have no way to verify citizenship and are not required to ask for proof.

I wish they would check into illegal alien voter registrations here in Arizona. Arizonans said no to “medical” marijuana a few years ago. It took the fraudulent “provisional” ballots cast by who the hell knows who to get that mess “approved by the voters” as Ken and Barbie like to say on the evening news.

Problem is the GOP had the power under GWB to stamp out Dem voter fraud. In the age of computers this was not hard. Once GWB won and the GOP gain power, they were too busy trying to secure perks and positions. No one cared about what will happen in the next election. Dem fraud just kept growing till it threatens honest elections. I don’t think Romney the most likely GOP candidate has the personality to secure America and make this top priority. I think he will be too busy trying to sooth his enemies so there will be a unified tone in America to tackle financial and economical issues first. I think Gingrich understands this better but unfortunately he is not winning the primaries. If Obama wins in 2012, he will secure Dem power by making it almost impossible to enforce ID laws as long as possible so the Dems can reach a tipping point that the GOP can no longer challenge them. This is what I never seem to understand about the GOP. Both the Dems and GOP feel strongly about their visions of America, yet the Dems are more willing to be ruthless in attaining power then the GOP.
In regards to Texas and South Carolina, Rick Perry and Nikki Haley should tell the corrupt Obama “justice” department to go to hell.

Of course the documents the reporter used (jury duty records) represent only a small database.
These hundreds of non-citizen voters have to be only the tip of the iceberg.
Why doesn’t the DOJ ever investigate fraudulent voting under the Voting Rights Act? Or isn’t that covered?
Recently, while listening to Rush, he made a comment that surprised me - he said, “the ‘silent majority’ is about to explode”.
While reading about this mess in FL, I suddenly realized that this kind of voter fraud just might do it.
And .. some of the hard core libs still try to say that Bush stole the 2000 election.
My concern is that Romney would not fight the way Bush did.

Wow, a news reporter doing good work. It’s a breath of fresh air.
I called Boehner’s office and said for him to lose the pink ties, quit crying and grow a pair. The Repubs need to at least keep the house and win the senate to maintain relevance. If they lose the white house and lose the house and/or the senate they are finished.
I like the punishment, but that won’t stop them from voting Democrat.
Vote fraud machines: Pick address that can be easily monitored, Mailboxes etc for example, apartment complexes for another, fill out voter registration cards using names from a cemetery or simply make them up, make a copy so you know what the signature looks like.
Now for either primary or general elections you request an absentee ballot for every one of those fake voters, vote the ballot, make sure the signature looks right, mail it back. No need for an ID with picture, no chance of being caught by a poll worker who knows you are not who you say you are. The end result, a stolen election. Now do the math, the Republican turn out has been in the cellar with Romney the least liked and yet he wins. the voting public is gullible BUT there are some of us who can see and connect the dots.
The vote fraud machine was turned out to put Romney in front because the Democrats know that Romney will lose to Obama by at least ten points.
Now before the general election ask your county registrar for a list of addresses with five or more voters. Go in a group and get face to face with each listed voter. If there is no voter to get face to face with, file charges with your local sheriff. If the registrar refuses to help you you know they are crooked and then act accordingly.

There was a study done in Houston by a volunteer group. I think they may have been affiliated with the Tea Party.
It found massive registration ‘problems’ probably related to deliberately planned and executed vote fraud. They found multiple registrations at vacant lots. Multiple registrations at residences where the voters were unknown. The worst district for voter registration ‘anomalies’ was a heavily Democratic district represented by Sheila Jackson Lee.
Countrywide the problem of illegal voter registration seems to be centered in heavily Democrat minority districts. Now that’s just a normal dog bites man story so the MSM doesn’t get too excited.

A “tasteful” graphic, branding the above sentiment to the DOJ may have enough attention-getting value to promote adoption of sensible voter I.D. requirements.
