Dont hold back, Judge. FOX News contributor Judge Napolitano told Neil Cavuto today,
I think the president is dangerously close to totalitarianism. A few months ago he was saying the Congress doesnt count. The Congress doesnt mean anything. I am going to rule by decree and by administrative regulation. Now hes basically saying the Supreme Court doesnt count. It doesnt matter what they think. They cant review our legislation. That would leave just him as the only branch of government standing.

Obama’s famous campaign slogan “Change” wasn’t being used as a noun, it was being used as a verb. A command. Chilling when you think about it.
Judge Napolitano BUMP.
If Ruth Vader Ginsburg were to check out, I would love to see Andrew Napolitano chosen to replace her.
I can’t see that choice coming from Willard, though.
Yes. We believe this is a valid approach. Your notion that this would drive independents to the Democrat ticket is ridiculous.
Standing up for the Constitution is never the wrong choice.
The statist/socialist are pulling the trigger to soon. The population hasnt been dumbed down enough to believe the types of lies Obama is spurting out. They are about 20 years to early.
I agree. Hit Obama in the pocketbook by promoting the following idea:
Republican Candidates could improve their Primary vote count by campaigning with the following idea:
Due to the FHA, Fannie and Freddie Bankruptcies of September, 2008, American home owners lost 30 % of the value of their homes. That is a 30 % cut in just one month. Home values are still down 30 %.
Thus, let us cut the total compensation to all elected Federal politicians, and their staffs by 30 %, and an additional 10 % cut to elected Federal politicians each year until Federal Spending is LESS THAN the average of the previous 2 years of Federal income.
BTW, since slightly less than half of the US House, and 2/3 of the US Senate are Millionaires, it will be a great opportunity for Congress to lead by example that EVERYONE should give up their fair share of the American Dream.
What better way can there be to demonstrate that Federal politicians are on the same page as the voters?
I’m digging out my kevlar shorts. It might be getting ugly.

I would love to see the lib heads ‘splode over that announcement!

Yeah, impeaching Clinton sure drove down his popularity. Wait, as I remember it increased after impeachment. Oh, and since I brought that up, it’s a good idea to recall that even with the GOP controlling both houses of Congress, they still couldn’t remove him. Does anyone really think a Democrat Senate will convict Obama? I mean do I need to be selling bridges here?
>Standing up for the Constitution is never the wrong choice.
It is all well and good to cite high minded principles. It is also rather a good idea to have some grasp on reality. Thinking there is any use in trying to impeach Obama might well be the first, but it surely lacks in the second regard.
I know the administration is unbelievably corrupt. However with the MSM solidly in his corner, that gets swept under the rug. Impeachment would get spun into an attack on the first black president and any other number of inane diversions.
A brief glance at history demonstrates how futile such a gesture would be. Only two presidents have been impeached, and neither was removed from office. In both those cases the opposition party controlled both houses, so at least there was some realistic chance that a conviction might occur. However, it still didn’t either time.
An impeachment in the current circumstance would merely be showboating by the House GOP, and they would only come off looking bad. The administration covers their tracks too well, and there isn’t a significant press corps going after the dirt.
Look, unless the GOP utterly screws up, Obama is done early next year. No point in trying something as risky as impeachment now. If he does get back in, and hopefully the GOP gets the Senate try it then.
