Obama is ignorant of a lot of things, but to quote Reagan, “the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.”
Yep, he knows the Constitution the same way a safecracker knows a safe.
With his finger on the button, in command of all u.S. Armed Forces and with a brand new E.O. that gives him full control of every aspect of the nation "in peacetime and in times of national emergency" as well as removes the Sec. Def. from the decision making in that process.
