A presentation by WND’s Jerome Corsi to a standing-room-only crowd has convinced a New Jersey lawmaker and a local sheriff that the issue of President Obama’s eligibility for office “will have to be addressed.”

Likewise, New Jersey Assemblyman Anthony Bucco, R-Boonton, said Corsi’s speech leaves doubts about Obama’s citizenship status. He told the website it is not his place to determine whether Obama is a citizen, and he believes “a higher authority” must resolve the issue.

Been a birther since early 2007 when a freeper sent me personal information of a missionary being with SADO in Mobassa at the time of his birth.
Missionary, like WJC’s friend was murdered. Fellow missionaries like MSM and talk radio were threatened.

It wasn’t until this week that another FReeper put the timeline together for me. Apparently they may have contact with Obama as an infant in Kenya. They were murdered in 2008, their church where records might have been kept burned, the alledged attackers killed, and the Head of Kenya law enforcement fired one year later. All nice, neat and tidy.

It seems he attended college as a "Foreign Student" on an Indonesian passport. This would prove that he renounced any American Citizenship (he had to be an Indonesian ctizen to go to public school in Indonesia) and by law cannot even run for President, much less be president.

The original Joe Arpiao news conf. suggested they had a person of interest and they knew the location of the computer that sent the forged documents twenty minutes before the docs were sent.
Now, Joe Arpiao is taking his case to the pubilc...word of mouth if you will.
The case was investigated by retired cops and lawyers...not Arpiao’s office.
So, my question is, if Joe Arpiao has probable cause as he says, why is he not issuing a warrent for the arrest of the person of interest?
Why is he not using the legal system as well as the 2nd sheriff?
You know, I hadn’t really thought of it that way, but you have a very good point. What was it they were always saying about Richard Nixon and Watergate? It wasn’t the crime, it was the coverup.
It it is seriously proven, forensically, that they have thrown out a fake, he is bound to be guilty of fraud and falsifying government documents, which are serious crimes in their own right.

If we could get every Sheriff in America to look into the fraud and forgery of Obama's "Big Four":
1. The Original Birth Certificate - Yes, the absolute original, examined and certified by three independent forensic experts.
2. Obama's Occidental College Transcripts. Also, any records of student aid received and under what names(s) and nationality.
3. Obama's Selective Service registration records (Did Obama actually register for Selective Service? Why is the 19 missing from the date stamp? Why is the date of the stamp earlier than the date of the person's signature?) Also, why does Obama's Connecticut Social Security number, 042-68-4425, not pass E-verify?
4. Obama's passport records for all passports, US and otherwise - before the scrubbing.
What is Obama hiding and why?
Send these four questions to your Sheriff, state legislators and Secretary of State. Ask them to investigate the forgery and fraud. If done, he will not qualify to be on your state ballot in November.

The higher authorities have stated they are “evading” the issue.
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas told a House subcommittee that when it comes to determining whether a person born outside the 50 states can serve as U.S. president, the high court is "evading" the issue.
The comments came as part of Thomas' testimony before a House appropriations panel discussing an increase in the Supreme Court's budget earlier this week.
Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y., actually raised the question first amid a discussion on racial diversity in the judiciary.
"I'm still waiting for the [court decision] on whether or not a Puerto Rican can run for president of the United States," said Serrano, who was born in the island territory. "That's another issue."
Yet after Serrano questioned him on whether or not the land's highest court would be well-served by a justice who had never been a judge, Thomas not only answered in the affirmative, but also hinted that Serrano would be better off seeking a seat in the Supreme Court than a chair in the Oval Office.
"I'm glad to hear that you don't think there has to be a judge on the Court," said Serrano, "because I'm not a judge; I've never been a judge."
"And you don't have to be born in the United States," said Thomas, referring to the Constitution, which requires the president to be a natural-born citizen but has no such clause for a Supreme Court justice, "so you never have to answer that question." "Oh really?" asked Serrano. "So you haven't answered the one about whether I can serve as president, but you answer this one?"
"We're evading that one," answered Thomas, referring to questions of presidential eligibility and prompting laughter in the chamber. "We're giving you another option."
I thought that at first but when some in the Black community in Chicago started making video presentations to large groups of other Blacks claiming Obama as the “prince” who was hidden to keep “them” from killing him - I started looking more into the story. There seems to be a lot of evidence along with it that Stanley Ann Dunham is not his biological mother either and that his real mom is alive and well.
My gut tells me that Stanley Ann is his mother. That BHO, Sr. is a patsy who may have given his name on a COLB somewhere, but did not father BHO, Jr. The most likely scenario is fathered by FMD and born in Canada. If so, it would explain a lot.
She could have filled out the paperwork with a HI Dr. prior to going to Canada to have the bastard, expecting to give him up for adoption. They the rebellious child decided to keep him and immediately enrolled in college in Seattle.
Would not require the long distance travel to Kenya, nor the expense. She might have qualified for medical coverage through BHO, Sr. in Canada.

I think he is an American citizen. But he has “doubled down” on the Obama identity. The connection goes from SD to FMD to Malcolm X. Not as outrageous as it initially sounds.
