Black Americans need to work within the system to create more police officers, judges, lawyers, etc. Especially police officers. Using violence, like the Black Panthers, will only bring back the ugliness of Neo Nazi groups from the fringe of society. Which is unfortunate since civil rights groups, along with their white allies, have worked so hard to put these groups on the fringes.
