Eastern High is on Pennsylvania in Lansing, immediately north of Sparrow Hospital--they're so close that when you're heading north on Penn it looks like one never ending building.

I read about the upcoming Westboro visit as a snippet from a Lansing State Journal article, but now I can't find the reference. The visit is definitely on the Westboro roster, though. Still no idea why EHS is a target, but it's okay with me that I can't understand the rationale of that clown show.

Here’s a story about it. It doesn’t appear that anyone knows why they intend to picket but the 7 AM schedule sounds like they intend to harass students.
