LAVEEN - Police are saying more about a shooting at a Taco Bell Tuesday night in which one man died.
They're also identifying the victim as 29-year-old Daniel Adkins.
About 7:30 p.m., a 22-year-old man and his girlfriend ordered food at the Taco Bell drive-thru and were told to pull up while their order was prepared.
At the same time, Adkins stepped around a corner into the path of the vehicle and angry words were exchanged between he and the driver.
They got into an altercation and Adkins was shot once by the driver. He died at the scene.
The driver, a 22-year-old black male, called police but has not been arrested.

The guy was shot down with his dog in the street. Where will Jessie and MSNBC’s token black be on this incident?

Let’s see. Man in car—a weapon in and of itself—shoots a guy because he almost ran over the guy and that scared him. The victim, outside of the running car, waves his fists towards the annoyed driver. The driver pulls out his gun and shoots the victim. I am surprised he did not shoot the dog, too.
My heart goes out to these parents. This will be swept away and I bet MSM will never report.
So, apparently there is some question as to whether this was justified as self-defense. This is something beyond irony.
The guy has no cop training, I'd guess.

I don’t feel compelled to issue a bounty, nor describe the victim as having a likeness to my kin, nor parading around like a race-baiting asshole... Maybe the driver felt threatened, who knows?

This happened three days ago. Where is the Lynch Mob Media? We need doctored photos and 911 calls. Where are the bold pronouncements of cold blooded murder? Will a Congressman bring a yellow lab to the House floor? La Raza needs to get some wanted posters printed up. Father Flegermouse needs to set up a shrine with chalupas on it.
Will the MSM post pictures of the victim as an 11-year-old? Will ABC lighten pictures of the shooter to make him appear white? Will NBC alter video and audio tapes to fool the viewers?
I don't either but that's not what I expect from the media, politicians and professional activists. You can't possibly miss the eery coincidences here. It's almost like a photographic negative of the Zimmerman/Martin incident.

Same thing happened in Milwaukee, I beleive it was black on black, but a mental retarded man was shot and killed outside a McDonalds for $4.00 in his pocket.

Both cases should be seen and judged by the merits of the actions of the participants. Unfortunately political vultures would not allow that to happen and I think they need to be fought.

I’ve been noticing quite a few errors of grammar and syntax in the last year in the media. I love calling the editor, asking whether or not the writer has a liberal arts and/or journalism degree. They invariably do.
Then I start calling out their grammar errors.

The photo on 17 is from the funeral of a military service member and IIRC his combat dog. I think the dog lay there all during the service and after as well. I imagine the comment on the deceased’s dog staying with the body in the story provoked this image.
