The NBC News President is lying.
They are hoping that Zimmerman doesn’t sue them.
Would NBC accept this level of response from, say, Beitbart for such an editing issue?

I’d venture to surmise NBC has a literal library of detailed editorial safeguards, policies within policies. And has had those in place for at least a score of years.

I believe him. I also believe the edits and camera angles in the early Palin interviews were completely unbiased. And I believe in the Easter Bunny - who just hopped through my home.
