Well, you simply appear to be misinformed.

The rules which Zimmerman undertook Neighborhood Watch patrols under have no bearing on this incident.

He was NOT on patrol that night, he was going to run an errand, saw someone he did not recognize, and responded.

There are no rules that say a NW patrolman may not be armed when not on patrol.

I have been legally carrying for years, as did my husband-I’m well aware of the rules in Texas, not Florida-I don’t live there.

I did not say they did spply-if he was on a personal errand that is a given. However, with all the talk from the driveby media that I’m sure some people in Florida listen to about NW, I’m guessing someone will bring it up in court for whatever reason, relevant or not, if only to annoy the opposing lawyer(s).
