All we know is she'll reach a conclusion without involving a grand jury.

Well, we also know that she won't be charging Zimmerman with first degree murder - a grand jury is required in Florida for that.

A grand jury that no-bills puts 12 people in the lunatic’s cross hairs. As we have already seen, there isn’t much concern about accuracy.

What we need to get out to the public before the riots hit is the fact that Obama, through the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, actually required and funded the training of Chicago teachers in the ideology of Sub-Saharan Supremacy - which is what the Black Panthers are about, as well as the Israel ben Israel cult (the cult of at least one of the black youths who attacked a 50-year-old man with a hammer in Sanford, FL after attending a Trayvon rally).

Obama was directly involved in the training of black terrorists in the US. He required Chicago teachers to be indoctrinated in the beliefs of the people perpetrating the violence today, who are also connected to Hezbollah. This is a direct link between Obama and the violence and terrorism being threatened against this entire nation today.

I’m trying to get out the door to work but a place to start on this subject is at my blog (if they let it stay there), together with a draft of an article about the Trayvon evidence, at http://www.butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2012/04/09/trayvon-index-post/

Article I read said her practice is to “arrest the one with the gun and let the case sort itself out”.

My guess is she will charge manslaughter on the issue of whether Zimmerman was justified in drawing his gun and firing under the circumstances.

Very fine line as to whether his life really was in jeapordy when he chose to shoot. Police were on the way and he seems to have moved off the concrete into the grass. If Trayvon said you’re going to die, it’s a factor not necc. determinative.

Im also guessing the charge will not support any of the “hunted him down” stuff, but the mob may take it that way or maybe they will be dissatisfied.

"Besides, it doesn't matter- Holder WILL prosecute regardless."

I wonder if Holder will prosecute this (although, granted, the victime lived):

That definately needs to get out. It is more amazing by the day how much this evil man gets away with and that he was even the Dem. nominee is atrocious.

I still blame George Bush for not exposing this avowed enemy of the United States.

I’ll check out your blog. Thanks.

PS If this man is re-elected, we’ll be targeted. This guy could eventually make Hitler and Stalin look like Boy Scouts.

Quite frankly, I think it means she is MORE likely to charge him.

I agree.

If she didn't think Zimmerman should be prosecuted, it would be better for the 'system' to make that decision. There's going to be a public reaction if Zimmerman is not prosecuted, no matter the circumstances. However, if she makes the decision on her own, rather than using the Grand Jury process, charges of 'cover-up' will be louder, and the chances of riots, injuries, and property damage will be greater. I don't see her taking that risk.

Second, if the evidence is anything like we've been led to believe, State Attorney Angela Corey could have presented it in such a way as to virtually assure that Zimmerman would not be indicted, wouldn't you agree?

Third, if she were concerned about her own political future, she could have left this in the hands of the grand jury. She's not going to make political points by deciding personally not to prosecute him, but she can do so by prosecuting him on some charges.

Finally, my very limited personal experience is that is that when the State Attorney/DA takes the reins personally, it's to go on a personal crusade, not to take a stand that's likely a personal Pyhrric Victory for her career.

Three times in as many days I have noticed 2-3 blacks in hoodies, hoods up, inappropriately, where I have never noticed them before. The grocery store, Walgreens and a pet supply store. They made no purchases, just wandering around

I've noticed the same thing, at first I didn't pay much mind to it, it was subtle, but now it's becoming more and more noticeable.

Wouldn’t that lead to a preliminary hearing where his lawyers could cross examine witnesses?

Even if she doesn’t think she can bring a case likely to lead to conviction, she will bring charges. With the pressure being exerted, she has no choice. If she doesn’t, they will threaten her and her family and march on her home. When the jury is hopelessly deadlocked through two trials, she can say she tried. Then the feds will step in for indictment. Again, the jury will be deadlocked.

If the news media wanted to get Zimmerman, they certainly screwed up big time by putting out false and misleading information. Zimmerman cannot get a fair trial anywhere in the country.

I am very afraid of what is going to happen to Sanford.

If she does charge him, she will have a tough case to prove. Dead men don’t testify, his physical injuries raise the spectre of an assault and self defense and the witnesses do say he was the one on his back on the ground being pummelled and the one bullet wound was in Martin’s chest. But I think political pressure and expediency will override any considerations of the lack of evidence and she will charge him with involuntary homicide at a minimum.
