congress ALREADY cut medicare/medicaid spending 300-400 billion dollars - but it has never been implemented - congress passes a ‘doctor fix’ to pay for the cuts they passed
the democraps did not include this doctor fix money in the obamacare math - to keep it under a trilion - the doctor fix was left out of the obamacare math
then obamacare cuts another ‘unspecified’ 500 billion
the old cuts (doctor fix - 300-400 billion) was to cut 27% of what medicare/medicaid pays to doctors - since no doctor would take a patient, they pass the doctor fix to make up for what they were supposed to cut
add another 500 billion in cuts, that would probably mean that they would pay 50% less to doctors - which could never happen
we know there is no way they can cut the obamacare 500 billion, because they can't cut the first 300-400 billion - no way they can cut 800-900 billion
reid, pelosi, obama and anyone that voted for this fraud should be in the hoosegow
This has long been the liberals’ presumption—that Americans are too helpless and stupid to take care of themselves, and need big daddy Government to provide them with every need.
