Most of us have heard about how the media won't report on black-on-white crime. We also may know that authorities sometimes sweep it under the rug due to political pressure, usually with a wink and a nod. But not so in rural Alabama, where the police actually told a white crime victim that they "don't mess" with a local black motorcycle gang.
The tragic event that led to this shocking admission occurred on March 28, as truck driver Nick Stokes and neighbor Johnathan Cooper were heading out of Birmingham hauling a portable cabin. While rounding a curve, one of Stokes' tires slipped and kicked up some gravel, which angered a black motorcycle-gang member who was in close proximity. The gangster -- part of the notorious "Outcasts of Alabama" -- gave chase and tried to force Stokes to pull over to the side of the road. Stokes and Cooper should have been on the phone in continuous contact with the police until the police met them somewhere.

I would. Motorcycle riders are easy targets. They would all be severely injured or dead within weeks...one by one. If the law won’t find justice, I most certainly would. We created the law to protect us, but that doesn’t mean we gave up our rights to do so for ourselves when the law decides not to.
Hate to break it to you... but Zimmerman is not Mexican.

Something about this story doesn’t seem right. I will wait for more details. Sounds like some people may be making up a story to get some attention.

Of course, the Tuscaloosa News is a piece of NY Times crap, so I seldom read it, but still. It should have been a topic of conversation at the office among those who do.

The driver of the truck has it right though... set the GPS for the closest police station and don’t stop till you get there.
Because in a case like this, unless there is video or eyewitnesses with lots of courage (good luck, with a biker gang!), you will have no one to back up your side of the story, and 40 bikers that will backup the perp.
The old maxim, “I’d rather be tryed by 12, than carried by six” will come into play, and you will more than likely lose in a he-said she-said incident like this one.
Rather than buying more guns than you can fire at once, keep one good pistol and one good pump shotgun in the vehicle, and install video surveillance.

Anyone want to dial up the police dept. and see if there is a report on record? At least the stabbing should be, if nothing else.
I was once told by a policeman that they wouldn’t go into a black neighborhood, even to patrol. This was 10-15 years ago, in NY and the force was thoroughly integrated. IIRC the idea was to avoid backlash, riots, what-have-you, though I suppose they also worried about getting shot or sliced. I don’t think they’d had a riot in decades and maybe they wanted to keep the good times rolling, even if they had to ignore drug runners, hookers and burglars.
I don't know that it makes all that much difference but Zimmerman's mother is from Peru, his father is white. Mexican gangs are primarily interested in drugs and territory, I doubt they would get all worked up over what appears to be a political pissing contest. (What's in it for me?)

I just read the story about him being a white hispanic,so assumed he was Mexican..What ever he is he is getting the shaft and if Obama and Holder will not do their job then it will mean someone will..Be it Mexican,Irish,Jew,etc...The black panthers should be arrested for putting a bounty on Zimmerman..and Jackson and Fat al should all be arrested ..

I went shopping with my wife today and had a pair of 38s and a couple of speed loaders with me. My wife feels safer when I'm with her, especially if she goes to the mall.
I never go out with out at least one gun, and usually I have two {depending on the weather and the type of outfits I can wear}.
Maybe not for long if such outrages continue. Perhaps "strange fruit" might even reappear on trees if cooler heads don't prevail.
