Something took him longer than normal, unless he stayed someplace out of the rain for a while.

It has been my personal observation that thugs/people looking for criminal opportunity dislike inclement weather.

Maybe I’m just a pollyanna, but I don’t think there will be much mass violence if Zimmerman is not charged (which is my fervent hope).

Why do I think this?

1. Sharpton didn’t show up at the advertised occupy-crap.

2. Instead of 10,000 for the rally or protest or whatever it was supposed to be, only a few hundred showed up.

3. It’s already old news to those who like to get riled up en masse.

4. When the facts and details are made public, it will be (IMHO) painfully obvious to the most brain damaged idiot racist wannabee rioter that Martin was the aggressor and that Zimmerman’s life was in danger. Not worth rioting about.

Of course, individual and small group mayhem against non-blacks by rabid mad dogs will increase. So, 0bummer and his crew of fiends will keep looking for another fuse. They’re Evil, but not Geniuses. So many of their schemes have blown up in their faces - everyone hates Occupukes now, Attack Watch was an instant hit joke, Fast and Furious was exposed even if there have been no arrests yet, 80% of the people HATE 0bombacare and a good chance the SCOTUS will ditch it, more and more people are publically admitting they think 0bomba is a lying imposter, etc.

A while ago I made a list of a bunch of 0h0m0’s plans that blew up in his handlers’ faces. It was pretty long.

More and more people hate him. More and more people are out of work. More and more people are getting steaming out of control mad.

And the vast majority of the military hate his guts.

:-)

That thought crossed my mind. Not that they know, for a fact, but if he's not charged, they are out of work.

If he is not charged, there is a gazillion dollar payday in there for Zimmerman, and his attorneys would stand to get 30-40% of that. Sue NBC, ABC, and the New Black Panthers(slim pickings there, but keeping them broke for a generation or so would be a public service of great importance).

If he is charged and found not guilty, the payday is still there.

I can not imagine his lawyers being so stupid as to forget about this payday.

Only if he is found guilty is there no payday, and from what evidence has been seen so far, only the most incompetent lawyer in all of Florida could lose this case, no matter how much of a loose cannon Zimmerman is.

I bet if we parse every word of the lawyers' statements, all they are doing is asking him to call them...

Yep. If they were going to charge him they would already have done it.

It’s all a ploy. Put ‘hoosiermama’ in user search and read my posts for this evening.

I suspect a leak from Corey or the clerk’s office.

IMOSuspect Z already knows he will not be charged.( Called Corey and Hannity to thank them.)

The lawyers dropping him, was just a cover because he didn’t know he wasn’t suppose to know yet. His actions /and the leak could get them in ethics trouble, if they acknowledged or adviced him to take these actions.

Your comments are excellent and they are also heartening.

I posted above that I don’t think there will be any mass rioting and my reasons. Maybe in the future some time, but not about Zimmerman not being charged.

Plus, if they didn’t know, how would they know the information would be clarified in 72 hours?

They’re trying to get the word out to law enforcement on how to handle anything coming of the announcement.

I agree, Feds, and I think the whole show is playing out precisely as planned for the puppet masters. But I believe we will see some action in this country before November. Disastrous action. The media are detestable animals and those in power are far more evil than I could have imagined just a year ago.

Moreover, during the past year I came to a decision that was difficult to make. I thought long and hard about it, and there were a lot of tearful, heartbreaking prayers. I have family whom I love very, very dearly. I love my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I love my Country. My life right now is better than it ever has been.

It’s too easy to see where all this is heading. And for that reason, I have begged God to give me the strength and courage to fight the good fight and to be brave enough to die for Him and the right cause, if it comes to that; to not cower and buckle under weakness or thought for my own well-being or for the love of my family - for they surely are, and will be, my weakness. That’s all I ask these days. Strength and courage. It’s going to take some blood and some of us are going to have to be honorable and brave enough to give it for what is right in order to give others the chance to have a decent country in which to live as free people with an honest government. We enjoyed that freedom because others gave their lives for it. I have lived a free life in this country for 40+ years and I would not want it any other way. Not saying that I don’t want to be in too it if it survives the onslaught because I enjoy breathing as much as the next person. But, if it takes my blood to be a part of securing freedom for others - including my own loved ones - I want to be able to take a stand and hold firm ... even unto death. God knows that I will need His help.

I believe it’s a decision everyone will have to make soon. Very quickly we are going to find that there will be no proverbial fence on which to sit. Zimmerman is a Washington experiment.

Never cease to pray.

Best Regards,

SC

If I were Mr. Zimmerman I would flee also if charged. Brazil would be a good choice. If charged the ‘special prosecutor’ is certain to ask for an extortionate bond ($1M or more). He will be likely to be sodomized, beaten and eventually killed in jail while awaiting trial. This would be the desired outcome on the part of the state as that would eliminate any possible Rodney king effect if the jury finds him not guilty. This is like ‘justice’ in the third world or France.

Special Prosecutors have , at least in Michigan, wide powers which includes making them virtual one person grand juries with the ability to prefer charges independent of the GJ system.

This is one of those threads where the folks making predictions should come back to gloat or to admit they were wrong.

Like the Palin running/not running threads. Them were the days.

-- I still need someone to explain to me how the State of Florida, or the Feds for that matter, can proceed without empaneling a Grand Jury. Unles they are going to charge Zimmerman with something other than “a capital or otherwise infamous crime”, like a misdemeanor, a Grand Jury is a Fifth Amendment right.

If I understood Rush today, the GJ only comes into play if Murder 1 is in play.

Anybody commenting in here may have more re FL procedure.

That’s what I’m afraid of. Good grief, is there ANYONE out there that has the courage to speak up and call this a self-defense case and no charges will be filed???? Placating is what got us to this point in the first place and not just this case. Enough already.

“Stay away from the Foot Lockers. A free pair of Air Jordans will be “justice for Trayvon”.”

Hmmmm, I think we should spread flyers all over the bad cities on election night eve saying that an extra 100,000 air jordans were recently found, and tomorrow there will be a sale for 50 bucks each.
