Don't sit in a car at 1 A.M. with the flashers on when broken down in a "disadvantaged" area.

Lions, limping Zebra, bad ending.

The problem with American criminal justice is that the penalties for crime are not swift, sure and proportionately dreadful.

When I was in the Army in Germany, if a GI was caught with drugs on the street, he had the choice of facing a court-martial or a German civilian trial. The probability of conviction in either venue was essentially unity. If convicted by a court-martial he would face two years in Levenworth, if convicted by a German court, six months in Mannheim prison. The defendants invariably chose two years in Levenworth. German prisons were unheated, solitary confinement, one hour per day in the yard, no television, no library, no gym, with a small open window in each cell. No psychologist, no nice white lady to tell you why your head was messed up because your daddy didn’t marry your mommy.

The Germans got a lot more bang for the penal buck.

So was the killer a white-hispanic, white-asian, white-jew, white-black or just plain white?

Description of the perp will be released as soon as they figure out how to convince everyone that amish people steal BMW's

“Is the area around campus as safe as it should be?”....

Are you kidding? The area is ghetto one block in any direction...

An effective way to make that neighborhood safer would be for USC to require every newly registering student to secure a hand gun. End of problem. But then it is near impossible to get a concealed carry permit in most California counties, especially LA County with that idiot Sheriff Baca.

You can’t make this up-

“The last time a USC student was killed was in September 2008 when Bryan Frost, 23, of Eagle, Idaho, was fatally stabbed by a former usher at USC football games.

Travion Ford was sentenced to 16 years to life after being convicted of second-degree murder”
[from same FOX News story]

“Travion” why does that name seem so familiar?
