WASHINGTON (AP) — The parents of Trayvon Martin say charges against George Zimmerman in the fatal shooting their son would start the healing process, but they won't stop fighting until he's convicted.

Martin's mother, Sybrina Fulton, tells The Associated Press that right now she and Martin's father "can't get past our son being murdered and no one being arrested."

Man, I hope Zimm is on the run and out of the country. Otherwise he’s going to end up like Jack Ruby.

“Does Zimmerman have anything worth taking? I suspect his parents do, but would they be liable for what their son did?”

George Zimmerman is over 18 years old so he is legally an adult. Unless his parents claim him as a dependent (doubtful), or they can be shown to be involved in the shooting (doubly doubtful) their assets cannot be attached in a civil suit. George’s wife could lose her assets, assuming a civil judgment against Zimmerman, if they have been commingled in the marriage.

It is doubtful Zimmerman has many assets. if he is sued in a civil case he will be bankrupted defending himself even if he wins. Whether he goes to jail or not, the race industry has decided to ruin him. He’ll likely never be able to get or hold a job in this country even if acquitted on the criminal charges. Plus, if he stays in the US he’ll likely always have to watch his back.

The Parents of Tryvon Martin are quickly going to be turned into Ward and June Cleaver by the MSM.

First, of course, they don't have the facts, and "Murder" is the black community organizers/charlatans/race-baiters planted seed to stir up the inner city parasitic population.

Second, you can rest assured that the Jury (if it even comes to a Trial, which, based on the EVIDENCE, may be a token move to calm down the parasites and Black Panthers) will be an OJ Jury, voting "Guilty" because the blackness of the victim is all that matters to them.

Same reason 95% of the black voters voted for Obama, and will do so again......

Zimmerman will be used as a scapegoat and token offering to avoid having the City of Sanford burned to the ground.

Like hyenas circling the prey?

If 0bama were a deviant, he would use all of this Trayvon crap in any way possible to better his chances of reelection in November however we all know that is too far below him to do such a thing.

Of course they’re “eager”. I can’t believe the “grieving momma” hasn’t trademarked the name “George Zimmerman” yet.

I have asked others this question and I ask you: What crime did Zimmerman observe that caused him to make the decision to pursue Martin?

Zimmerman's vague story about seeing someone "acting suspiciously" is not grounds for accosting a person walking down a street.

But this "acting suspiciously" thing is what set in motion the chain of events that led to a death of an unarmed person

All this being beaten to a pulp and other hyperbole we see being thrown around is just stuff that happened after the fact of Zimmerman's decision to "pursue"

If you want to talk evidence then perhaps you can address what evidence of a crime Zimmerman observed that caused him to pursue Martin?

I having nothing but sympathy for this “grieving” mother...

I do too. It all seemed to start out with a mother that just wanted to find out how her child was killed and now that the facts are coming out ("your son was killed as he tried to kill another man") she can't face it, but what mother wants to admit that their son is a common thug? That's the exception, not the rule. Now she's surrounded by grave robbers and I doubt she has any control over her life.

Ever lived in a neighborhood with an association? We ALL watch out for UNUSUAL stuff....no, we don’t walk around with guns, but we don’t live in Sanford FL either, or where there is high crime. Why would a 17 yr old kid go attack the guy? That’s MY question. Just because he was looking at him? Wondering what he was doing there? There’s MORE to this story, and I think you know that. All the “evidence” is Not out there yet...or ... maybe you think it is.

If I understand correctly, now the her lawyers can sue Zimmerman in civil court?

As I understand it, a civil lawsuit can't begin until charges are filed. If there are no charges then there's no standing for a suit, which could explain the Martin family's anxiety in getting the state to file charges.

Zimmerman should have sat in the damned car like he was asked to do. Had he not gone all Charlie Bronson and ignored sound advice, that kid would have lived to enjoy his skittles and tea. That’s a fact, and there is no disputing it.
