From what I understand from the millions of legal “analysis” who have been weighing in on this from Day 0, FLA only requires a Grand Jury for capital cases.
So long as the Death Penalty is off the table, she can proceed without the GJ.

Defense lawyers are EXPENSIVE. If he can’t afford them, he’ll most likely have no choice but to plead guilty to a lesser charge.

The repeated photo run by our biased media of a prepubescent 12 yo when the “victim” is actually a 17 year old wearing a hoodie. Why not show the actual image that Zimmerman saw?
Some say Zimmerman is Jewish or Hispanic, but yet he is portrayed by the media as a typical racist low life sacrificial Caucasian Christian. If he even had a modest support group they’d be portrayed as white supremacists or KKK.
White Euros need to understand that they will have nothing unless they start demanding totally equal justice on such cases, and not accept being categorized as racist. Either that or they will be roasted on the political fires as criminals unless they start supporting each other.
The 90 year old war veteran husband was beaten and his jaw broken. He was shot in the face numerous times with a BB gun and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
The 85 year old partially blind wife was RAPED and then BEATEN TO DEATH.
Can you just imagine the pain, the humiliation, the horror that dear old lady experienced being gang raped by that pack of feral animals?
(the autopsy states she was raped. Don’t think all of these animals didn’t all participate)
And can you imagine the pain, the horror of that dear old husband having to witness this?
There’s a lot more involved here than a home invasion and robbery.

This prosecutor is very well respected in the world of law enforcement. She has an excellent record. You and I both know she knows alot we do not know. She took her time in bringing charges for a good reason. She had to know she had everything she needed to prove the charges she was bringing. We need to wait and see what evidence she has.
Look. Here’s the deal. I really don’t have a dog in this hunt. If there really is evidence that damns Zimmerman, he can fry. If there isn’t, well, .... in this political climate, that is likely to be ignored. However, the public will get wind of any additional evidence that’s there.
I should have said though, you may be right. She may offer a plea deal for aggravated manslaughter.
When it comes to race in America, the Hispanic community comes in at least second to the black community.. they are no match...
