What am I wrong about? I'm not taking any position on Zimmerman's guilt or innocence. I'm simply stating that the act of shooting someone, without justification
, is murder (or manslaughter, depending on the state and the shooter's state of mind).
Who disagrees with that? Is anyone arguing that, even if Zimmerman was not acting in self-defense, he did not commit any crime?

That’s not what you were saying and you know it. Don’t try to play stupid lawyer games with me, I’ve been married to a lawyer for 22 years and I know all the tricks. Say one thing then try to argue you said something completely different.
On another note, if you are the conscience of a conservative, we are all in deep trouble.
