Democrats Declare 'War On Moms'
Big Journalism ^ | 04-11-12 | Dana Loesch

Hilary Rosen, a partner at SKDKnickerbocker, the PR firm of former Obama communications director Anita Dunn, charged that Ann Romney "hasn't worked a day in her life" and suggested that Ann Romney can't possibly understand economic issues because she's a lowly homemaker.

What you have is Mitt Romney running around the country saying, “Well, my wife tells me what women really care about are economic issues.” And, “When I listen to my wife, that’s what I’m hearing.” Guess what? His wife has never actually worked a day in her life. She’s never really dealt with the economic issues that a majority of the women in this country are facing—in terms of how do we feed our kids, how do we send them to school, and how do—why we worry about their future.

In the same breath Rosen ironically says:

... there’s something much more fundamental about Mitt Romney—he just seems so old-fashioned when it comes to women, and I think that comes across, and I think that’s going to hurt him over the long term. He just doesn’t really see us as equal.

Yes, there is something old-fashioned about the belief that a homemaker couldn't understand the complexity of the economics affecting her household. Rosen apparently subscribes to the Linda Hirschman worldview, one that posits women are only as valuable as their contributions outside the home, unrelated to children and family. Rearing up the next generation that will someday run the world is woefully under appreciated.

Well, I guess we can say for certain she’s never had to worry about the safety of one her sons in Iraq or Afghanistan. It would be interesting to know if she has ever had to worry about a brother or nephew who was employed...my guess is no...and isn’t that pretty damn pathetic.

Yes, and we pay all the bills, balance the checkbook, write all the checks for our kids for their activities at public school that are otherwise being eliminated, we shop the sales for our children’s clothing, budget b-days and Christmas gifts, allocate to children’s 529 accounts and to our own retirement savings accounts. Yes, us SAHM’s are real economic dolts.

They get away with it because our side is little more than professional reactionairies who like to shriek. The left can answer no questions, they flounder like Zero does when he goes off prompter.

And I especially wont allow this leftist lesbian to insult all stay at home moms!

She envies those who have a normal life - a kind she'll never have. She'll always be a dysfunctional, and attacking those who do have a normal life won't help her.

WOW! So, I, as a stay home mom to 2 (will be 3 in a couple of months), who homeschools our children, does all of our shopping, is in charge of paying 75% of our bills...I know nothing of economics or educating my children.

Nope. And you don't know what REAL WORK is either. Enjoy life on "easy street".

Marxists truly are racist, sexist, bigoted pigs.

When you look in the mirror Anita, are you blind to the jackass you've become?

Evil has no reflection. A liberal will never admit to being wrong - ever. They'll try to spin, but by the time they're done talking - it's always someone elses fault.
Google "Oboma" and you'll see what I mean.

THANK YOU HILLARY ROSEN!!!!!!

I would be cranking out commercial after commercial about the CONTEMPT that liberals and Democrats have for stay at home Mom’s.

Setting/Script:

Mom in kitchen unloading groceries and supervising children as they do school work.

“Being a stay at home Mom is hard work. Now Democrats are saying women like me, doing my best to raise a family, have never worked a day in our lives. What an insult. Democrats and President Obama just don’t get it. Under the Democrats and Obama I struggle to afford gas for my car to go to a grocery store where food has never been more expensive. (PAN TO CHILDREN DOING HOMEWORK) College costs have never been higher than they are right now under Obama too. I have heard talk of a war on women. Why are Obama and the democrats coming after me. I am doing the best I can. I don’t deserve to be attacked. (END WITH MOM HELPING CHILDREN DO HOMEWORK.)

Play this commercial from now to the election. Ignore the inevitable challenge from the liberal media about the fairness and accuracy of the ad. Play it a million times.

ANY mom. That's why they're rabidly pro-abort. They'd rather a woman be childless and the infant dead than to see a mother with a live, happy child in her arms.

I'll take your word for it.

Great public relations work there.
Has Anita Dunn spoken out against Hillary's comments?
Or does Anita Dunn agree with her?

So true. Drudge’s pic infuriates them. So Anne Romney is now a target. Knew that was coming. But Hell hath no fury like a stay-at-home-mom who is insulted.

I had to re-read the headline 3x; I though it said “Democrats declare war on MORONS.” LOL.

I like it; it’s appropriately vicious.
