Amid a massive backlash from the American public and a stampeding retreat from her supporters, Democratic National Committee advisor Hilary Rosen backtracked from her words about Ann Romney last night on CNN, stating a few moments ago, “As a pundit, I know my words on CNN last night were poorly chosen … I apologize to Ann Romney.” The report of that statement comes from Jim Acosta at CNN.
The question is whether the Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee will apologize to Romney, and whether they will fire Rosen over this incident. Rosen has long been associated with the Obama team and the DNC, and her apology means virtually nothing given the fact that she has defended her comments at length over the past 24 hours. Only pressure from inside the Obama campaign and DNC forced this apology. Even then, she apologized to Romney for her wording, not for the point she was making.

Disdain for stay at home moms is so common among leftie femists that she didn’t think twice about saying it in the first place. The fact that many familes make economic sacrifices so they don’t have to have strangers caring for their kids is alien to her,
I heard there was a comment that was offensive toward Homeschooling moms but I don’t know the exact quote. Can someone post a link to this actual comment made.
