Police to White Victim: We 'Don't Mess' with Black Gang(AL)
americanthinker.com ^ | 10 April, 2012 | Selwyn Duke

Most of us have heard about how the media won't report on black-on-white crime. We also may know that authorities sometimes sweep it under the rug due to political pressure, usually with a wink and a nod. But not so in rural Alabama, where the police actually told a white crime victim that they "don't mess" with a local black motorcycle gang.

The tragic event that led to this shocking admission occurred on March 28, as truck driver Nick Stokes and neighbor Johnathan Cooper were heading out of Birmingham hauling a portable cabin. While rounding a curve, one of Stokes' tires slipped and kicked up some gravel, which angered a black motorcycle-gang member who was in close proximity. The gangster -- part of the notorious "Outcasts of Alabama" -- gave chase and tried to force Stokes to pull over to the side of the road. Here's what happened next, as reported by the Macon Beacon's Scott Boyd, whose piece has been published online by J. Christian Adams:

The motorcyclist then sped up and pulled in front of Stokes [sic] F-250. He stopped in the middle of the road and forced Stokes to stop. He then jumped off his bike and came around to the passenger side and hit the rear passenger window with his fist but it didn't break. Stokes then made the quick decision to get out of there and pulled out around the parked motorcycle.

Stokes said he looked back in his rear-view as he pulled away and noticed the biker rolling in the highway. "He either tried to jump in the back of thetruck or onto the trailer and somehow slipped."

Very nasty situation. Perhaps the biker was trying to get insurance information. He was certainly intent on stopping the truck and trailer.

30 or 40 to one is not good odds.

Obama and Holder are in charge of National Law Enforcement (DOJ, FBI, etc) and the state and locals can be intimidated into inaction by the thugs and the National LEO.

Looks like America's first line of defense in the coming race war has been already neutralized.

I think the odds are better that there *will* be a race war soon. Everybody should stock their pantries with enough food last for a few weeks, in case going out to shop becomes too risky. If the police and national guard can’t put a lid on the trouble in that time, then it means all-out war.

Too bad that George Zimmerman wasn’t there to protect the truck driver.

I don't see this incident as a race problem as more a typical "don't mess with bikers" problem. You kick up gravel on a biker (no matter the race) and you are going to have problems. The gang from Friday the 13th part 3 illustrates this well =P

I might have unhooked the trailer but I wouldn’t have stopped. (except to unhook the trailer if I had time)

I need to carry more ammo apparently.

I agree, Obamgo and his mouthpieces just keep pushing. The Zimmerman incident didn’t get whites out in the streets pushing back, so without missing a beat they move to the next trumped-up event. The problem is, and I include myself in this, what are we going to do to push back, or are we just going to wait until app 12% of the population and some suicidal DWL overrun us? What do we do? Just keep telling each other on message boards of all the actual crimes being committed by blacks on whites? Isn’t it interesting that all this is coming to a head when the “C-in-C” is black and our military is spread thin and being undermined?

I'm going to guess this Black biker gang routinely extorts and terrifies the local Black residents and also controls drug trafficking in that part of Alabama.

Also, no mention of the racial make up of the local police force.

Is the police chief Black?

Are these guys - white or Black - accepting bribes from the Black bikers?

As for the relevant law-enforcement agency, the Adamsville Police Department, its public affairs officer had not responded to Boyd's inquiries as of his press time. Yet it's not as if they had no answers at all. They told Stokes that there was nothing they could do, as it would be impossible to identify those who actually wielded the knives. And then there was that more shocking admission. Both Stokes and Boyd were told the same thing by the Adamsville police.

We "don't mess with the Outcasts of Alabama."

The police appear to only be interested in collecting their pay, without actually doing anything that involves risk.

The need for the 2nd Amendment is so that the citizens can protect themselves from gangsters, even when the police are cowed.

Which black firm builds motorcycles? Or anything why wear? If the were true to their “blackness” they’d be riding aound naked on homemade kick scooters. But then, where would they have gotten the wood and wheels?

We are responsible for our own protection.

Cops do clean up and paperwork....unless it’s too much trouble.

what will happen is that more incidents will happen like in Tulsa....people will take matters in their own hands....there will be violence...

eventually, more white gangs will form....look, we have a growing white underclass, ripe with guys who will have nothing to fear....

the stabbing in Alabama is going to fuel more violence now that the cops will do nothing about it...

If police stop doing their jobs eventually even a motor cycle gang will cross someone who is unforgiving, then it’s especially if the injured party makes it a blood feud then it’s on and the law of the jungle is re-instated.

When the criminal justice system outright refuses to do its job they are begging for vigilantism. Not a good situation.

"He stopped in the middle of the road and forced Stokes to stop."

If it went down this way and voter was driving the F-250. Voter would then hit the gas not the brakes. The last time I checked a F-250 will crush a motorcycle. If the gang followed they would get the same.
Problem solved. Gang gone. . . .

With a population of 4,500 people Adamsville, Alabama is not just a wide place in the road out in the boondocks.

It is only about 7 miles from Birmingham. Even if the local police department is out numbered, I would think that a large number of Alabama Highway Patrol troopers would be based in Birmingham and could assist local police in a matter of 15 to 30 minutes.

Good post. Glad to see that there are other reports now available. With a previous post, all Google links led only to the same Apr. 10 Selwyn Duke article, with no independent confirmation.

Here's an article from al.com,

Adamsville Police Chief Bob Carter said the incident happened about 2:45 p.m. on that Saturday. Truck driver Nick Stokes told police one of his trailer tires slung gravel onto a motorcyclist as he rounded a curve on Minor Parkway.

I see in the not too distant future a time when black on white crime will be treated EXACTLY like illegals.

The police will not do their job but we will prohibited from defending ourselves.

I thought the book “The Turner Diaries” was just some racist fiction but it is been shown to be prophetic.

I have good memories of one AHP cop from the late 50s. Most counties in Alabama were dry at the time. My girl friend and I went to B'ham one night for drinks and jazz. I drank a lot, she didn't.

On the way back home (hour and a half drive in early AM) she drove. Car ran out of gas and she pulled to side of road. Car was 57 bug, with reserve tank which required turning a lever on floorboard. If you didn't do that quickly enough the fuel line would drain and you'd have to put the bug in 1st and move it along using the starter.

She had never had to do that and rather than explaining it I got under the wheel, turned the lights off, and did it myself, bleary eyed, sleepy and drunk. At just that time along came the AHP. I explained what had happened, and that soon as I got it going she would start driving again.

He approved the plan and wished us well. As a bonus, he didn't bother to check her DL. Good thing, as she didn't have one.

law of the jungle is re-instated

The law of the jungle often worked fine in the old West.

In this case, the law at the Federal level appears to care only about Obama's people.

It dismisses cases against them and vigorously investigated cases where they might have been wronged.

I see it your way and will add; why did this guy keep stopping? He’s worried they are hurt and then he has to get stop, and then he is forced out of his F-250...how?

Around it? I'd consider going OVER it if my truck was big enough, to preclude a chase by the dirtbag.

I am still laughing at the memories of that little reserve tank ( one gallon? ).

I have tried to get my wife to understand that police in rural areas often have to adopt very rough tactics or this sort of situation prevails in which the cops end up afraid of the thugs. Now it is possible this biker gang is just paying off the cops so that they become a very ‘protected’ class indeed. If not the cops have to start taking a take no prisoners attitude such as the Caldwell County, North Carolina Sheriffs Department does. They do treat anyone who resists very roughly and do go after individuals they consider to be ‘criminal elements’ in a targeted way. Every time they see one of these characters a road stop with three or four two man teams takes place and they pretty well rip the car to pieces. Mouth off act like a thug and you will get a severe beating before you get to jail.

These situations in which a violent rural underclass engage in threatening the population of a country county require very direct and violent action to terrorize the thugs. It is akin to mounting a counter terror campaign.

Yeah, as well as the defective clutch cable, in my model anyway. Somewhere along the way from the clutch pedal to the clutch the cable rubbed against something and regularly broke, almost always at bad times. First gear didn't have synchromesh so had to learn how to double clutch at speeds too low for 2nd. Great fun roaring around Atlanta with no clutch my last 2 years in college.

Great little car. Could drive 72 MPH all day on a flat road and no headwind, and on long trips could somehow curl up in the back seat and sleep for a few hours. (6 ft. tall then).

Sounds like you have some great memories of that little bug also.

My first experience with that car was when I took it out at night without my parents knowing. On my way home I suddenly remembered in the nick of time that little lever, and the reason my Dad used to write the mileage down on a little piece of tape. He would put it on the dash when he filled the tank. Got home ok but was busted the next AM. He was going to drive to work 30 some miles away with no reserve. Guilt took over.
Yes, I was of legal age but was also put on “restriction”

:)

:(
