Turn your head and cough: President Barack Obama's reelection campaign on Thursday marked the 6th anniversary of Mitt Romney's health overhaul in Massachusetts with an online ad touting it as the inspiration for "Obamacare." Never mind that the presumptive Republican presidential nominee has vowed to kill Obamacare on "Day One" if he wins the White House.
The three-minute spot aims to blunt Romney's attacks on Obama's signature domestic policy achievement as well as paint him as a hypocrite or a flip-flopper. It could serve to remind conservatives who loathe Obamacare's requirement that Americans have insurance (or pay a penalty) that the so-called "individual mandate" is also at the heart of a Republican-authored health reform.

Romney still loves RomneyCare. Pushes it as a “conservative solution” to our national healthcare woes. Has already lined up Pam Bondi of Florida to set up a national healthcare task force to replace ObamaCare with RomneyCare. The two of them agree that it’s perfectly constitutional for the states to implement RomneyCare-like healthcare plans at the state level, complete with individual mandates. Romney loves mandates. Bondi proudly boasts that they already have 26 states signed on to promote state level ObamaCare, er, I mean RomneyCare. Looks like she will be his National Healthcare Czar.

The reupholstering of Mitt has begun while we’re distracted with the tiresome catfight involving his wife goes on.
I’m simply not going to vote for a republican who is no more in touch with us bitter clingers than Obama is.
We all knew this would happen. The Romney campaign might be a slow motion train wreck. Just imagine Romney trying to explain the differences between Obamacare and Romneycare in a debate with Obama. I can imagine Obama laughing and mocking Romneycare and Romney’s response and then launching millions of TV dollars blasting Romney as a hypocrite.
