Harvard University law professor Alan Dershowitz appeared on MSNBC’s Hardball where fill-in host Michel Smerconish asked him his opinions of the arrest warrant issued and carried out for alleged Trayvon Martin murderer, George Zimmerman. Dershowitz called the affidavit justifying Zimmerman’s arrest “not only thin, it’s irresponsible.” He went on to criticize the decision to charge Zimmerman for second degree murder by special prosecutor Angela Cory as being politically motivated.

Similar to Ron Silver’s “conversion” from mega-liberal after 9/11 and the Muslims’ hatred of Israel. I was sad when he died. Good actor.

This beast is on a power trip.

Scott was smart in naming her, she's expendable, a loose cannon, and a moron.

Ladies and gentlemen, we already have a verdict in the Trayvon Martin shooting ...

Guilty!

I heard Levin read the affidavit today. I can't believe that the prosecutor said that Zimmerman said "They always get away" as evidence of his state of mind. The recording clearly shows that Zimmerman said "They always get away... [breath... breath]… from the back gate."

An honest listen will show that he wasn't lamenting that they get away, he was telling the police where to look for the suspect.

This is a dishonest affidavit. It's becoming clear that Zimmerman is being nifonged.

Good catch. I didn’t notice that — didn’t remember the specific comment from the recording. The affidavit was laughable: “his mom verified that was his voice.” Huh??? Yeah, victims’ family who were actual witnesses to an event obviously have standing to provide evidence, but you don’t get an OPINION from a family member of the alleged victim — much less his MOM!

It's very easy to miss, because there is a few second gap between Zimmerman saying "they always get away" and his continuing the thought with "through the back gate," since he's catching his breath in between the two parts of the sentence.

I know that with our MSM's short attention span, they don't always make it to the end of a sentence when quoting others.
