Bias: While her party supports taxpayer-funded contraceptives for female law students, a top Democrat disses a stay-at-home mother of five who has "never worked a day in her life." She's the probable GOP nominee's wife.
The Democrats think Sandra Fluke, a Georgetown law student who wants unwilling taxpayers and religious groups to provide her with $3,000 worth of contraceptives, is worthy of support and praise.
Meanwhile, Ann Romney, a mother of five, is condemned because she "has actually never worked a day in her life," as Democrat strategist Hilary Rosen put it.
We would suggest it is the Democrats who have a problem with women not Republicans.
Rosen, talking with CNN's Anderson Cooper about the "war on women," went off on GOP front-runner Mitt Romney's comment that he listens to his wife on women's issues.
"What you have is Mitt Romney running around the country saying, 'Well, you know my wife tells me that what women really care about are economic issues,'" Rosen opined, "and when I listen to my wife, that's what I'm hearing.' Guess what? His wife has actually never worked a day in her life."
Rosen scoffed at the notion that a stay-at-home mom of five and grandmother of 16, who also happens to be battling MS and has survived cancer, has any insight into the concerns of women in America: "I made a choice to stay at home and raise five boys. Believe me, it was a hard choice," Ann Romney tweeted in response.

Idiots.. Who do they think usually manages the house hold budget.
Women going to the grocery know there is flood inflation.
They also know about gas prices and their husbands/kids not being able to find jobs.
Still no reason to vote for Mitt.
Did Barack tell you that?
There’s nothing wrong in NOT voting for Mitt. He’s not a Republican nor is he a Conservative.
True, but it is still not likeable.
Mitt would be a freaking disaster as president. Him talking things over with his wife is not a disaster, and anyone who says being a stay at home mom is not damnably hard work gets short shrift and a couple of vulgar gestures from me.
Judging by the speed the dems have been condemning this, they know full well they have screwed up.
Dems think of women as “fish” ~ and that tells you all you need to know about Dems.
No argument from me.
Going after the wife in such a demeaning way will only embolden us to gather around her husband.
If the libs beat Planned Parenthood donor, Ann Romney, with a rubber hose, I still wouldn’t rally around her weasel husband.
Ann is pro-abortion, but I don’t think that Ann Romney is for partial birth abortion though, as Obama is.
I don’t know if Ann agrees with her husband on homosexualizing the military, Romneycare, outlawing most sporting rifles, and other stuff.
What will America's Defense Department look like after 4 more years of Obama? How about Israel, South Korea and Poland?
That would be me. Not the idiot, but the budget manager. I do a pretty good job juggling things. I think if you put me or any of a million other moms out there doing the same in charge of the national budget, there wouldn't be a deficit and all this debt.
My point exactly.
