Fox Fires Back at Gingrich: ‘Bitter’ Newt is ‘Auditioning for a windfall of a gig at CNN’

Fox News is not taking Newt Gingrich‘s excoriation of the network’s coverage of the GOP primary as a mere swipe and moving on. Did you expect them to?

A Fox News spokeswoman tells Yahoo! News‘s Dylan Stableford, “This is nothing other than Newt auditioning for a windfall of a gig at CNN — that’s the kind of man he is.”

“Not to mention, he’s still bitter about the fact that we terminated his contributor contract.”

“That’s the kind of man he is.” This statement proves the folks at Fox don’t like him.

Fox has taken the same bet as the GOP. Fox is down 17% so far. Where are the masses of moderates?

“Coulter and the rest of the so called “conservatives” on Faux can forgive a PRO ABORTION BABY KILLER CANDIDATE AKA MITT but not a man that has been divorced? BOYCOTT FOX NEWS!”

Worth repeating!

I think you are missing something here. Newt would bring the ever Lurking Calista with him and she was the cause of divorce # 2. He was rubbing it in everybody’s face that an old coot like him could get somebody like her. No matter how God awful she looked. He was delusional to think he could get the evangelicals with that approach. Newt is the one that shot himself in the foot not Hume. Hume is just another excuse for Newt in a long line of excuse’s.

FAUX DISTORTS AGAIN!!!!

They did not “DROP” his contract, but HE chose to run for president, and naturally was subject to standard media policy.

There POLICY is not to appear as a shill for ANY salaried contributer who becomes a DECLARED candidate thus they suspend contracts.

LOL! They shill, but not for token conservatives whom they but barely ENDURE, as contributers.

Newt was hardly bitter about standard policy that he signed onto when he began, but to the abhorrent distortions and outright hostility and mocking that FOX delivers to ALL conservative contenders.

They are treacherous now for no good reason. It was conservatives and moderates who put them at the top.

We can drop them just as readily.

The Karl Rove Network, aka Faux News, has been in the tank for Romney. Newt is right.

” .....auditioning for a CNN gig. “

I do watch GRETA, but that’s it, and watch CNN, always, for on site political races but never FOX. FOX is always minutes behind CNN, sometimes 30 minutes or more, and they can’t get into official ballot counting venues. CNN has an exclusive to get that done, so you can take to the bank what the outcome is, while FOX is left pontificating, burning time speculating, or reduced to parroting CNN.

LOVE IT! So serves them right.

Coulter has been viscious in her attacks on Newt as has Imus. Rove tried to sabatoge Gingrich in Iowa..the slams have been outrageous! who in the hell does Coulter think she is to judge Newt on his divorces and go around supporting a candidate that was/is pro abortion? which sins does Fox deem as forgivable?

I’m not listening to them...when I did it got me far to discouraged and distracted me from the facts.

The facts are the primary ISN’T over..and the media’s piping for Obama and romney that it is...it’s not! More than half of Americans haven’t voted....Romney does NOT have his delegates yet to claim his win.

This is all about deception to get people to sway to Romney and or not vote at all...the liberal media has done it this way every election and people drop like flies instead of carrying us over the finish line as we are intended to do...and then they cry because we didn’t win..and usually the loudest!

There are people here on FR who were for Newt who are now going to Romneys camp...figure that! Freepers no less taking the bait against their own better judgement...and whinning if you point out to them that Newt is still in the race.

They are doing exactly as always...throwing in the towel before the work is finished!!!!! It’s just easier to go with the crowd!

I’m not going to do that..and will stay until either Newt wins or gets this beast of a Primary to Convention...I will not yield to the Romney/Obama camps..now or in the future.

It will be a glorious day when God shows Newt and the world it is not by mans might that leaders are raised up...but by His design and appointment...and he’s not finished yet! But it sure looks like far too many Freepers have thrown the gauntlet down.....I hope they change their mind tomorrow....
