Fox Fires Back at Gingrich: ‘Bitter’ Newt is ‘Auditioning for a windfall of a gig at CNN’

Fox News is not taking Newt Gingrich‘s excoriation of the network’s coverage of the GOP primary as a mere swipe and moving on. Did you expect them to?

A Fox News spokeswoman tells Yahoo! News‘s Dylan Stableford, “This is nothing other than Newt auditioning for a windfall of a gig at CNN — that’s the kind of man he is.”

“Not to mention, he’s still bitter about the fact that we terminated his contributor contract.”

Well I'm a believer and Newt's repentance and years of marriage with Calista certainly evidences he intends to stay the course.

Besides when a ship is sinking and you need a strong arm to reach out with, in shark infested waters, you're certainly not going to ask the man extending that arm about his married life before you grab on.

You might not like him but you cannot argue his obvious accomplishments....Congress and even Billy Clinton attest to the fact the one thing people do is totally underestimate Newt....

Furthermore...Obamas scared crap less of Newt...everybody knows this including Obamas campaign staff. The last thing they want is Obama to go up against Newt in any Debates...wouldn't that be a hoot watching Obama’s jaw drop to the floor time and again and be shown for the real liar and deceiver he really is! There would be parties held to watch that!

I, too, noticed a distinct Fox bias towards Romney.

That said, I don't watch often enough anymore to see a Gingrich hostility, but I'm not saying that it's not there.

I will say that I watch Fox even less now, and will likely watch less in the future.

I get my news on the internet, and the broadcast MSM is more of a recap for me now, with pictures and sound.

I emailed their ADVERTISING department the following exactly as below but for the “”:

” I was hoping to rent a GOODYEAR blimp and advertise airborne the FOX arrogance and bias against any and ALL conservative contenders whom you mock and belittle who dared to run against your man Romney—you know the MA socialist, the godfather of ObamaCare, and was wondering if you wanted to split the cost since FOX would be mentioned.

What do you think?

Rita “

LOL at the Goodyear Blimp idea. I am going to email Fox and their sponsors. It is faster and easier for me. IF Rush is worth a grain of salt..he will defend Newt against Fox.

Rita, we are finding out who the conservatives "ain't."

We are finding out there is difference between being a “conservative” and a PATRIOT.

Patriots are far more willing to “HOLD THE LINE” and take it to the tyrants.

Conservatives sob so loud, they give away our position!

Yep...Newt’s not finished yet and neither is God....this Primary is not over til the finish line and we’re not there yet...

Golly...people are not only underestimating Newt...me thinks they put way too much trust in the media...but then the masses do seem to follow the pretend leaders.

Lord, remember David, Gideon, and raise Newt up so that men might see that it is you who places men in power...and move the people to co-operate with you.

Newt has more courage in one little finger than most of us do-He will be attacked even more. Bless his heart. Newt is right and Fox is NOT fair and balanced any longer. I barely watch them to where we did keep the TV onto FOX/now, it's Hallmark or the weather station.

“It will be a glorious day when God shows Newt and the world it is not by mans might that leaders are raised up...but by His design and appointment...”

So are you saying that God “raised up” Obama to lead us?

So are you saying that God “raised up” Obama to lead us?

No not necessarily lead...more like show us what we have long been asking for by our refusal to honor God as he asks...in fact we have opposed him concerning the things of God...and at best shown Him lip-service only...and this while we massacre his children.

History records it's a terrible thing to tangle with the ways of the Almighty...and though he is longsuffering for our ways there comes a time when he does deal with us...wars come..attacks from within and from without.

Obama won the election because People refused to hear the warnings and truth about him which were clearly exposed. So what did that say about our people? We are ripe for deception.

We are a nation quite easily lead by pretty much anyone who smiles and pipes what we want to hear....false leaders do that very well...they project what they are not...and even when the truth is out people deny it...they get caught up in the media frenzy like heathen dancing around false idol.

We are also a nation which has for the most part turned it's back on God and worse. Biblically when ever a nation turns it's back on God they are invaded by enemy hoards of one form or another....and God allows it to turn nations back to Him....and it's a judgment as well.

God raised up Pharaoh....to show Israel He was God...and because they rebelled at Sinai by making for themselves idols ...and cut loose in all forms of immoral ways... they were judged and wandered in the desert for 40 years until that generation had all died who rebelled against Him.

We go hit hard at 9/11...and instead of taking care of the enemies.. we invited them into our country.... We are heading for a great price to pay for that in the very near future. We have been invaded by enemy hoards and that by invitation...and or refusal to act against those known.

So there's a possibility we may get Obama again unless this nation "gets it"...and turns away from the direction of false leaders who deceive the uninformed and those who do not care for the truth...and it could also mean getting Romney, who because he hides behind a fully dressed mask we may be in for much worse than Obama.

As i see it our only hope remains in Newt, but it looks like the deception covering peoples eyes continues.

Fox proves what many have seen coming for years - it has changed from a fair and balanced to a heavily leaning left entity.

You are dead wrong.

Obama won the election simply because the people on the government dole (both businesses and individuals) were afraid not to vote him in because of the possibility of a conservative getting into office and the resulting termination of their “good life.”

However, the Republicans in 2008 were so stupid as to place a total “nut job” as their candidate that the lost the election before it ever started.

Kinda like they are doing today...putting Obama into office again.

Wrote a short email to Fox. I am on the go but plan to write more later. Hope they are flooded with emails from disgusted former viewers.
“Fox News should change their name to “The Mitt Romney Show.” It was the conservative viewers that bolstered your ratings but management has chose to shaft them.
How can you justify the disgusting comments made by Imus, Coulter and others against Newt? you pay these people? my choice is to tune you out and obtain my news from more balanced sources. The conservatives made you famous and the loss of conservative viewers will cost you dearly.

Fox is what it is now...they are blind to their own bias. Haven’t watched for a long time...got tired of hearing Romney in every other breath....and they certainly haven’t done Newt any favors.

Newt said that he and Calista noted CNN was more neutral then Fox.....and frankly so have I. Not by much but then I don’t expect them to be strong for us. I did with Fox and they are failing.

I had an impossible time finding the FOX email address. That is why I wrote the Advertising Department. LOL!!

Been thinking we should give everyone a JOB.

Maybe post up on FR, a PROTEST letter-writing campaign, heck, which even could include an additional option for a “form letter”, where we can simply sign off on it, as well as keep firing off emails, tweets, Facebook, snail mail. However, I don’t have a clue how to produce a “form letter” for use on FR, or social media avenues.

Also, this Delaware guy—he came out this morning for NEWT.
We need to snow him with emails, full of thanksgiving for his courage, and encourage him to stay vocal for NEWT.

Rick Perry has been silent in Texas, to my surprise. We need a national protest leader, but Newt is running for president and can’t lead such a thing, and still properly work the delegates to reverse some and bring on others.

Palin has thrown in with the easy route already, taking up with the media narrative of “supporting the nominee”, with the implied assumption that it’s not Newt.

No fight there, on that front! Levin is gone now too. It’s pathetic. Of course, they would saddle back up if somebody else does the heavy lifting, as always.

Maybe Cincinatus’sWife would help promote such a campaign on FR.

People NEED something to DO to be energized. A letter campaign would be perfect to push back against the media and the Establishment, but also to cheer on those public figures who despite the odds are willing to step out and stand up for Newt, and reset the “narrative”.

What do you think about getting such an article posted up? Can we even do that on FR with rules and stuff?
Could we run it with some regularity?
