I didn't know Romney much cared - but after all, he is speaking to the NRA Convention.

Would you believe he has always been a severe conservative?

Oh ,Mitt won’t take your guns. He will just make it impossible to use them. He will make you store the rifle in one place, the two bullet magazine in another, and the components of the ammo will have to be signed out—by the local COP, his discretion. And only on Tuesdays between 11:30 and 11:35 am. Except in months that have an A or a U in them.

Romney is as anti-gun as Hussein ever was/is. Mittens says ANYTHING depending on the crowd.

To get a Temple Recommend, he must answer the question, “are you honest in all your dealings with your fellow men”. I wonder how he pulls off that answer.

What a slug.

From now through November, and possibly beyond, half the political stories will feature Romney and half will feature Zero.

I am not sure under the new rules that we are allowed to link any news article that mentions Romney or features “RINO” organizations like the NRA, or “RINO” politicians like Ryan, Rubio, Palin, DeMint, or any “RINO” pundits like Levin, Rush, Sowell and other lifelong “conservative” pundits who are now persona non grata here.

I am sure someone much more dedicated to the cause will be along shortly to explain how the NRA is really the Brady Group and vice versa. There is no really no difference.

I think we can probably show our interest in any story or article throughout the campaign season by simply making one or two pages of “FreepYouMR”.

Romney warning people about guns?? ROTFLMFAO!!!

ROMNEY BANNED GUNS HIMSELF!!!

1994: Backed 5-day waiting period on gun sales.

2002: As governor, he made Massachusetts the first state to permanently ban assault weapons.

2006: Bought a Lifetime membership to the NRA to run for President. Bought. Easy money. Bans guns, but thinks buying an NRA membership means conservatives votes.

Romney, the used car salesman of politicians.

America cannot afford another extreme left-wing liberal like Romney.

The only chance we have is to get the Senate and keep the House. We will probably have to elect Romney but can hold him in check with hope that the Senate and House will be full of Constitutional conservatives. America is now in control of the communists Democrats and the King Obama’s empire.

Newt was the only chance we had and it looks bleak.

Romney is a typical “pro gun” liberal.

He talks a big game to the NRA but if you question him on the details his credibility begins to slip. He will support the most stringent registration possible. He probably supports registered ammo with paperwork to account for target, place, time, and date of use with return of casings as proof. Guys like him are all for gun ownership as long as guns are kept in a public armory and signed in and out at the discretion of the state.

“...Newt was the only chance we had and it looks bleak...”

I know it was not your intent but please stop speaking of Newt’s campaign in the past tense. It could be construed as subtle propaganda because it is exactly the false notion with which Fox and the rest of the traitors are trying to inculcate us to demoralize us.

We KNOW Newt cannot win enough delegates to be the nominee. The goal is the brokered convention and victory is entirely attainable.

I have not heretofore seen a more deliberate campaign of ommission and journalistic malpractice by Fox News. They set the tonefor the smaller outlets and it is damned well scandalous.

They are afraid and they have reason to be. The imposter they have manufactured is quite vulnerable and Fox is doing everything in its power to make this election go away.

These shameful manipulators are going down in infamy.

“Why is the NRA even having a gun grabber speak?”

Why did a prominent pro-life group endorse an abortionist?

Why are pro-family groups endorsing the champion of homosexual burlesques of marriage?

Indeed, why?

Then he should have called for total unrestricted gun ownership. A roll back to around 1800 should do it.

Start with repeal of 1934 NFA

Then repeal 1968 GCA.

Then repeal 1986 FOPA, including the Hughes Amendment.

Gun grabbers in Nazi Germany started by linking firearms to "sporting activities."

The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States does not say anything about "sporting activities." I have always considered it to be the "enforcement clause" in the Constitution.

I mostly like the way it's written in the Michigan constitution but would like to see sporting included.

The Constitution of the State of Michigan Article 1, Section 6 reads:

Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.

Its clear enough but the laws don't hold when you consider the fact that many people are denied on the basis of a past criminal record. As far as I'm concerned even former felons have the same right to defend themselves as anyone else. Dangerous felons should be in prison anyway

I don’t have a problem with Catholics. Being evangelical, do I share all of their doctrine? No, or I guess I would be one. Mormonism I have a problem with, however (not the individuals——the faith itself).

Yesterday was the worst example of blatant media manipulation I’ve seen yet. I was watching the NRA speeches on c-span, and saw that Mitt was being telecast on Fox. For the fun of it, I checked when Newt was speaking-—and Fox did not cover Newt’s speech! Then, when they were recapping at length Mitt’s speech, they actually said a few sentences about Santorum’s appearance and then said-—I am NOT making this up-—”Newt Gingrich also spoke.”

At that moment I became a CNN viewer!

One of the most irritating things a politician can do is try to convince me that he's just like me and in Romney's case its just plain insulting. He has nothing more in common with me that Barrack Obama or John Kerry. He can take his perfect Michigan trees and cheesy grits and shove them up his butt.

“The “Nuge” and fellow conservatives will hold his feet to the fire.”

No they will not. The collaboration between Romney, Reid and Boehner will make you wish it was 2009 again. He will shake his etch-a-sketch in your faces and mock them, and the mockery will be deserved.

“Short of having him tried, impeached and deported on a tramp steamer we have NO CHOICE but ABO.”

That is untrue. We are NOT obligated to assist the rise of any evil, lesser, equivalent or identical. Never. I will not vote National Socialist because the International Socialists are so bad. There is a level of descent and culpability from which one can never rise absent a miracle.

This ‘NO CHOICE’ lie promulgated by the GOP machine is yet another of their many capitulations to the left. It marks the formal adoption of situational ethics which is the road to corruption and servitude.

I assume you are deceived, and not a deceiver. So I say to you, anyone who would try to coerce you into doing wrong against your will and your conscience is not your friend, he is your enemy. Enemies are not to be obeyed. They are to be fought, and their machinations are to be frustrated.

When Candidate Romney loses and instructs you to obey President Obama, who he will call a ‘good man’, will you be submissive then?
