From New President of Episcopal Divinity School: 'Abortion is a Blessing' [2009 Chant]

Posted on 04/15/2012 5:21:26 PM PDT by SoFloFreeper

The announcement on Monday, March 30 that The Rev. Dr. Katherine Ragsdale was appointed as the sixth and newest president of Episcopal Divinity School (EDS) in Cambridge, MA, has orthodox and pro-life Episcopalians shaking their heads...

...the EDS website also has a link to Rev. Ragsdale’s sermon blog. There, the first sermon is entitled, “Our Work is Not Done...”

“These are the two things I want you, please, to remember – abortion is a blessing and our work is not done. Let me hear you say it: abortion is a blessing and our work is not done. Abortion is a blessing and our work is not done. Abortion is a blessing and our work is not done.”

A divinity school hired this guy? Why hasn’t the Episcopal Church fired her yet?

The Episcopal Church USA has been taken over by the ultra liberal left and has forsaken Christian values, which is precisely why I quit and told the Rector after a “pro choice” sermon that I would see him in hell, but not in the Episcopal “church”.

> The Rev. Dr. Katherine Ragsdale

A female.

Not surprised, no offense meant to the genuine Ladies.

I took my older kids to see October Baby.

I’m telling ya ...

Just wow.

But I doubt that “The Rev. Dr. Katherine Ragsdale” would enjoy it, or even get it.

Seems to be a fashionable position these days, not just in corrupted congregations but also in corrupted political circles.

“Let me hear you say it: abortion is a blessing and our work is not done. Abortion is a blessing and our work is not done. Abortion is a blessing and our work is not done.”

Yes, agree. God’s going to break these people.

Standard atheistic Marxist demogoguery from the piskie lesbian pervert: get the flunkies and their masses to chant the politically correct slogan. And oh yeah, the hallmark of "progressive" obscenity: "Work is not done." For cancerous progressive tumors, the "work" will never be done.

“Next: ok to be gay.Followed by: there are many ways to Heaven”.

The EpiscoBAALians have been saying both for quite some time. As for the latter, they would qualify it and also say, “...if there is, in fact, a heaven”.

This lunatic EpiscoPAGAN dyke has been at the seminary for some time and has been spouting this “abortion is a blessing” for years. Episcopaganism is Satanic and anti-Christian. People just don’t realize how bad it is. The leaders of TEC are working for Satan and evil and for Communism and against liberty and for depravity of every type.

I wouldn’t doubt that she isrelated to the infamous and now deceased Richard Ragsdale, abortionist at the equally infamous Rockford abortion mill, now closed, blessed be God.

Since when did God change killing into a blessings (other than in war and defending one’s family.)

Real Christians need to start having vigils outside of these so called Churches. We must take a stand. They wish to make the world believe that this is what is meant by being Christian. We need to let the world know that it isn’t, but it is the opposite.

Many of my friends who are still in the Episcopal Church call me a ‘homophobe,’ but the real reason I ‘swam’
was the abortion issue, and Ms. Ragsdale’s aggressive
advocacy. These people obviously value THEIR life. They obviously think that their life is precious, and “in the image of God.” Yet, they get out there in the public square and demand that the state provide them with all sorts of benefits (free of charge of course and paid for by the working taxpayers) b/c they see all these things as basic “rights.” The unacknowledged tendency to violence that lurks right beneath the surface of this will erupt all some point, and the hypocrisy of their endless prattlings about “peace and justice” will be exposed for all to see.

There is a feral nature to the generations that were born after the legalization of abortion —I mean Columbine and vicious street crime. On an unconscious level they know that they could have been aborted. There is something obscene about parents destroying their own children.

From your observation, what percentage of Episcopalians have gone over to the dark side?
