Mitt Romney tried to connect with a Michigan Tea Party crowd by recalling a Golden Jubilee parade he attended as a child in Detroit...but the 2012 Republican Presidential candidate was born 9 months after the event. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

I live in Wisconsin, and I have been hearing from my Democrat acquaintences that they all voted for Romney in the Wisconsin primary... go figure.
Cenk Uygur is a waste of skin but him calling Mutt a liar is like falling out of a boat and expecting to hit water. You really can’t miss.

As long as we let States have open primaries we let the Rats pick our candidate we will wind up with bad candidates.
However here in Florida we have closed primaries and Romney won anyway.
No doubt Romney is a pathological liar, like Clinton.
FReepers arguing for Romney as the only alternative to Obama remind me of the argument that Germans should support Hitler because Rohm would be so much worse.
In the coming civil war, Romney will be on the side of state-sponsored crony capitalism, abortion and the homosexual agenda. The wrong side.
But Romney does provide Uygur with lots of ammunition to use that you wont see on the Republican party channel. .
Unfortunately, thethose who own both parties refuse to give the American people a choice. Read “Battle Hymn...the Sinister One World Order.” Will the country fail for lack of knowledge?
This is the place everyone wanted to come to Detroit and get a job here, auto industry doing every well. I think my dad had a job like being the grand master of the 50th celebration of the automobile in detroit, they painted the woodward avenue with gold paint, my memories a little foggy here, I was probably around 4 or something like that, but they had the cars go down woodward avenue, I know they still have the parade of cars every year.He clearly was wrong about how old he was. Oddly though, he didn't say he attended the parade. And more oddly, so far as I can tell from researching, they did actually have a 50th parade, they did paint the street, and his father was the grandmaster. And cars did go down the avenue, and they still have the parade.
But ThinkProgress agrees that this is a horrible, terrible lie Romney has told, not knowing how old he was when this event occured. Several other liberal sites also seem to have gotten confused and thought Romney said he attended this parade.
Just remember not to make the mistake of saying that you saw the parade, because someone might accuse you of lying about it because you weren't at the event, especially if you are too young, like I am, to have been born at the time.
But the most egregious liar is Obama and he’s got to go.
Why should care what Cenk Uygur thinks, about anything?
